    Furnace and humidifier replacement

    Momo Zeremski and Logan are amazing and we appreciate them going above and beyond on a Sunday to make sure all issues were dealt with. The installers were very nice young men, but they had no idea they did not install it correctly and left without the new furnace working or installing the new thermostat and filter we were told would be included. Momo made calls until they, and Logan, showed up and installed the new thermostat and Logan showed them how to wire it correctly. We still have to get a new filter however because they were not given one to put in. Our suggestion would be better training to all sub contractors and make sure they come with all things necessary to do the job in entirety. Special thanks to Logan for turning around from heading home to Scarberia at the end of his shift to come and help resolve the issue and Momo for staying involved from the quote to the end of installation to guarantee success, including phoning in the evening to make sure everything was done. A brilliant fellow!

    Hot Water Tank Repair

    The service technician that came to repair my hot water heater was very professional. Took the time to explain to me the issue and the repair necessary. It was a great experience.

    Air Conditioning

    We had our A.C. fail during the hottest week of this year. Reliance had a service person come to our home within hours. Unfortunately, we had to replace our 21 year-old unit and later that day your sales representative came to explain all our options and promotions that were open to us from Reliance. Michelle was thorough and informed as well as patient in reviewing all the details. We are looking forward to getting our installation done in another week.

    air conditioning

    The project was for the air conditioning and the service was good. The men were very polite and did a good job. The time was efficient and done in a quick and clean manner.

    Hot Water Heater Repair

    Our technician Rich was fabulous - fast, informative, professional and polite. However we were upset that we had to wait 3 days with no hot water to have a technician sent out to us. All of the Reliance commercials and ads talk about 24 hour service, fast repairs, etc. I feel that your ads are misleading and false.

    Excellent Water Heater Repair Service!

    The technician arrived promptly after calling us and she diagnosed and fixed our water heater sensor problem quickly. Thanks for the weekend service! We now have hot water for showers tomorrow morning! Great service with Reliance. Highly recommended!

    New AC - Furnace

    Great customer service. Simon was excellent, took the time to explain all our options from equipment to cost. I would recommend both Simon as your customer service agent and Reliance. Excellent experience.

    the level of service is degrading for sure.

    I'm reliance customer for over 15 years, I was impressed of their support to their water heater to the level that when they announce their warranty program, I jumped on it, I have their Furnace/AC/plumbing warranty. it was ok for the first few years, but I noticed in the last couple of years, that their service men are only concerned with one thing, they don't want to maintain your appliance, they just want to sell you new one and they pressure you relentlessly, clearly it is a company policy. now I have a problem with my A/C, I called them three times and they came all three times, did nothing and the last one said, we can't do anything you simply must buy a new one, I will buy a new one and for sure it will not be from Reliance, not just that I will buy new A/C new Furnace and new water heater and get rid of Reliance Warranty and water heater.

    Water discolouration

    Hot water was running green, relianced scheduled a next day appt for dat, Jonathan was on time, and patient, he flushed the tank, replaced valves and flushed the tank twice, all issues were resolved quickly, he also cleaned up after completing his work, great service!

    Repair for Air Conditioning

    Reliance tech Phil was very helpful in the whole repair experience....he was friendly had great customer service and very helpful (even with a couple of issues like opening the fence lol and garage door opener my husband has dementia) He resolved the issue in a fast and efficiently and explained the problem so I could understand ..... I would recommend Reliance and this technician to everyone ...... 5 star all the way!
