    Water heater

    I booked the service appointment very quickly and the technician came in next day. The issue got resolved very efficiently. I received advice from the technician on the maintenance of the appliances.

    Great job by Reliance Service

    Adam did a great job on a boiler maintenance - I highly recommend purchasing a PM plan (as I did). Adam was friendly, courteous and really knew what he was doing.

    Furnace repair

    Nick clean heat sensor and was very good explaining everything about what was going on with furnace. Great guy. If anything happens again I will ask if he can come back and fix it.

    Furnace service

    Tech very professional and answered all my questions. Thought me how to use the thermostat. I would recommend to purchase there services because I been using them for the pass 15 years and have no issues.

    Air conditioning installed

    The salesman was very articulate and explained everything we needed to know about the project. His salesmanship was direct and not at all pushy. The installation was done the next day and completed about noon. Everyone was very professional and I would recommend this company to anyone that inquired about them.

    Service call

    Service repair call - Nick was the technician and he provided above and beyond customer service. I will definitely ask for him in the future. He explained everything in layman's terms and connected with a plumber tomorrow to finish the repair work. He politely convinced me to meet with a Sales person regarding a water softener.     Service

    The technician Brenden was fast, efficient and answered all my questions with a great deal of knowledge. He did a repair to the humidifier on the furnace and left his work area in a neat and clean condition. He was very polite and easy to deal with. Reliance should be very proud of him. A great asset and ambassador for Reliance

    Kitchen faucet

    The plumber sent to fix the kit hen faucet was polite,efficient and knowledgable . He worked to tighten the existant tap and decided that the unit should be replaced. He did so in a timely manner and made sure everything was as he had found it. Altogether a positive experience . Thank you.

    Service

    Our furnace is not working, no power going to the Nest thermostat and the technician, Melvin was very helpful and professional. He was able to resolve it quickly and was able to explain what is causing the power shortage. Good job Melvin!

    Furnace & AC installation

    Stephan and Krystin did a wonderful job installing our new furnace, ac, and thermostat. They were tidy and respectful of our space. Krystin did a thorough job explaining all of the features of our new thermostat. The whole process was done in a very timely manner and was completed in just over 6 hours.
