    Shower head plumbing issue - Trio Plan

    Plumbing issues always makes me nervous but the overall experience with Reliance this time makes me feel it is worth the service. I was able to book someone within 24 hours. At the scheduled time frame I got a call from Harmeet who was extremely professional in the complete process. He was patient and showed complete willingness to help. He fixed the issue for which I raised the ticket and also explained the whole issue and how to prevent it in the future. I asked him to check a slow water drain in the sink and he fixed it immediately without giving me any hard time. he was knowledgeable and also went on to explain me about softener. Not even once did I feel that he was selling me a service/product. he did not even push me to sign up for a time bound appointment and gave me the freedom to book, if I wanted to. Harmeet was exceptional in his service and that makes me write this review. Keep up the good work buddy and spread it around!

    Hot Water Tank repair

    We had Reliance attend for a problem with our hot water tank. Cody the service technician attended during the time we were promised, he was polite and professional. He knew right away what the problem was from the description of the issue. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased that we relied on Reliance. Thanks Cody for your excellent service.

    AC repair

    Technician Dan was awesome today. Problem fixed within 30minutes and he was very professional and happy to explain in a layman term. First time using Reliance repair service and I am so impressed and decided to enrol for their home care support. Customer service lady who booked the appointment was also very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

    New A/C check

    Service personal David gave us the best service. He checked every thing and made sure everything was working to it’s best. Gave some good tips too for protecting the equipment and for longer life.

    Leaky valve on water heater

    Service call arrived quickly and the technician was excellent. He was knowledgeable and personable and took the time to explain. Only reason for not rating 10 is due to the phone call requesting the service. When a customer is trying to request a service call is not the time for a sales pitch.

    Water softener

    This guy is very helpful. He's a nice guy and was able to introduce more useful products. He also helped to check the faucet that was clogged because of the old water softener.

    Horrible Customer Service

    Possible the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Techs were late everyday therefore the installation took 4 days to put in air conditioning units in our home. The sales person never followed up after nor did anyone else even after all of the issues we experienced. We were promised features that didn't exist with the units installed which I found out after the installation. Techs showed up with no information or instructions from the Sales person that sold us the Air Con. I had to walk through everything with them and had to hang around during installation missing hours of work. Holes drilled through the wall not filled properly which I discovered and had to point out. Even a mystery hole put through a wall and then was covered up by a plastic plate. The one star is for the Sales Manager that did respond to a few emails. I'm hoping the comfort of having air conditioning makes this experience forgettable and worth it. Unfortunately it hasn't been hot enough yet to try out.

    repair air conditioner which kept blowing fuses

    Today Dave and Keith searched cause of the mysterious fuse blowing , which occured every time the unit was switched from off or heat to cool. The fuse blowing meant that the blower was down heat was down, everything. The electical problem was very hard to track down. Dave stuck with it for several hours and finally fixed it. Well done, and thank you for the getting us cooling again. Keith provided advanced technical suggestions. Very courteous.

    Maintenance checkup

    Just had the furnace tune up and air conditioner turn up. The technician Grayson was great.. I am very much satisfied with Reliance and I recommend reliance to everyone to have a peace of mind.

    Todays Technician was prompt..polite and friendly....hope he services our furnace/A.C. in the future. All of the Tecs. we have had come in have all been really nice guys..good training & hiring on the part of Reliance
