Best explainer of all the things that I need to know. very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. short but very detail, direct to the point. job well done. I am please with the service and I recommend over 100% Reliance Home Comfort product and service to anybody.

I called on Reliance to have a new furnace and a/c installed. Mark and the install technicians, Matt and Andy were fantastic. Mark was very informative and guided use to the perfect match of equipment for our house. He was very professional and answered all questions we had. Matt and Andy installed the equipment and they did an awesome job. They were friendly and also answer all questions we had before, during and after the install. I would recommend to Reliance that if there was every any training for future employees, they should use the exemplary examples of how Mark, Matt and Andy operate as they have meet and exceeded our expectations of great customer service. Kudos to all 3 of them !!! Well done.

Fantastic service. Next day appointment, on time, everything they said would be done was done seamlessly. Very friendly and no rush with any questions that I had regarding any work to I may need in the future.

We looked into a number of furnace companies but Andrew spent the most time with us explaining our options and trying to find a price that worked within our budget. He also matched a bonus offer from a competitor and sold us an airconditioner at a reasonable price. We did have a problem with one of the pipes after installation but they came within the hour of calling and fixed it.

Leak in a pipe in the basement. Recieved service within 24 hours through the plumping protection plan. Service man, cory, was prompt, polite and curtious. Would highly recommend. Because of protection fee there was no service charge

Broken exchange valve fixed in a few minutes, technician checked all water taps to make sure settings were adequate after repair. Whole process took less than 1 h and finally we have warm water in our home
