    Water leak on hot water Tank

    Dominic the plumber from Reliance fixed the hot water tank water leak today on March 7 2019. Very professional and knew his job. He replaced the expansion tank in HWT.

    Plumbing

    He was very helpful in many ways! Great technician: he knew what he was talking about. Very helpful: he explained things that were hard to understand in a simpler matter and was very kind and professional with our problem

    new water tank install

    Josh and Christian were very professional, explained in detail what they would be doing and why. Offered suggestions. I found them both very friendly and courteous and trusted their knowledge and abilities to reassure me that my water issues would now be resolved.

    Hot water tank. Install new igniter

    My 9 out of 10 is for Keith,Hot water tank is fixed!! The service tech sent tonight, Keith quickly diagnosed and repaired issue on site. Thanks for the thoroughness. Great job However I have one comment to make regarding the service tech sent out to my house earlier today before Keith, Think his name was Tim who told me I had a gas valve issue, and told me he couldn’t fix the tank today and would have to wait until tomorrow to see if he could even find a part. I asked him to check the igniter and rod knowing this was the issue however he did not, he didn’t even take the igniter or rod out of tank. He also proceeded to tell me on his way out of my house that he smelt gas.. talk about leaving me with that comforting feeling . Once Tim left I knew he did not do his job thoroughly and I was not in agreement with his diagnosis.so I called and set up a second appointment with Keith . Tim you get a 2 /10 rating .

    Check leaking tank

    Brian was quick to get tothe property. Took the time to look around and let us know what the issue was...twas simple fix :) we also asked about other options and Brian was very kind to go through the options and let us know what was best for our space. He has been one of the best service guys weve had in years.

    Install New Furnace & Air Conditioner

    Wes & Rylan did a fantastic job yesterday. Very professional and neat. Worked on AC install in -11 C temps. Explained the features of the new equipment so that I could understand. Great Job! Brian

    Duct Cleaning

    Ryan and Tyler from reliance home comfort Kingston cleaned our ducts today and I must say I’m extremely pleased with the results. They were very down to earth and polite and went the extra mile to treat our home with respect. The whole process was much less noisy than we had anticipated and with their modern portable equipment they were able to do everything from inside the house and heat loss was minimal. Our ducts had previously been cleaned in 2012 and although we have no pets and keep the place relatively tidy in general it was remarkable how much dust and debris came out. The entire experience starting with deciding which package was best suited for our home with Tyler from sales thru to completion thanks to Ryan and Tyler who performed the cleaning was not only efficient but very informative as well. Would highly recommend Reliance duct cleaning service for anyone that values their indoor air quality and wants to leave it in the hands of the best professionals in the industry as far as I’m concerned.

    Heater leaking

    Furnace repair

    My furnace stopped working Friday afternoon and I may have had to wait till Monday for a new circuit board. Your technician Matt went above and beyond to have it delivered to my house that evening and installed the next morning. He is a definite asset to your team and I will personally be asking to see if he's available if I ever have a problem again with my furnace. Thank you, Matt!
