    Hot Water Tank & Furnace

    Made a phone call and was able to get same day appt. Mario was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. Was able to locate the issue and provide the proper solution

    Furnace, on demand hot water tank and water softener installation

    Very professional, everything was done very quickly and on schedule. Installation is very clean and crew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very satisfied and would highly recommend reliance.

    Job well done!

    Service requirement was on an emergency basis as old furnace had quit during prolonged cold snap. Response was immediate and necessary attention provided without delay. Service technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Generally very satisfied with all aspects of work performed and would recommend Reliance without hesitation.

    Heating & Air Conditioning-heat pump

    I have a great experience with Reliance Technician- IAN #0217 who professional, patience and did an excellent job for me. He answered all my questions. Having called customer service, they just sent a technician to come to check without any charge under warranty. Excellent service. I appreciated it very much to have it.

    Water Heater Checkup

    The water heater wasn't working properly for awhile, so we called in to get it checked. The repair people were friendly and told me the problem was that there wasn't enough air flow. The checkup and diagnosis was quick and efficient. A rusted part was replaced and they turned the water heater on.

    Furnace Repair/Diagnostic

    The technician came by, was super courteous, very respectful and gave an honest opinion on what the problem was. The diag took no time whatsoever and he fixed the problem. 100% satisfied.

    Bathroom faucet

    We found Dom from Reliance to be prompt, competent and very personable. He took us through all the issues and was able to quickly recommend a strategy. We were very pleased with his service.

    Hot water tank

    The guy came to fix water tank, he was very cooperative and explain very well for repair explain how is happened, I want to service with this guy in future

    Furnace Maintenance
