    Heating

    Good service provided for our furnace today. Piru is resourceful and knowledgeable. Good job. Nice communication and well explained .thank you for your services. Highly appreciated. Good reviews and excellent job.

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Technicians, Stephan and Mat, were very punctional. They worked deli gently and completed the installation on time. They left the premises spotless. These to technicians are second to none. We are very satisfied. Also, the scrap removal was on time.

    Hot Water Heater Issue

    Quick and professional, fixed our vent after the snowstorm. Tech was very polite and professional. Was happy they could send someone so quickly after the storm. Would highly recommend to a friend.

    Craig a star technician

    Craig came on time. Explain me what was wrong with my furnace and answered all my questions in a very professional way. He did such a clean job, and I was happy with results. Yehhhhhhh hot water is back

    Bathroom pipe leak

    Discovered a leak in a pipe in my main bathroom Sunday am and by 2:00 Peter was at the house and had it fixed with minutes!! Professional, friendly and very informative!!! Thanks!!!

    On demand hot water and furnace replacement

    Great service from Aron and GAb on the installation of a new on demand system and a new furnace install. Both were very knowledgeable on their work and answered any questions I asked. Has made a big difference in my house already with endless hot water and a very comfortable heat on the cold days. Thanks guys you did a great job

    Tune up air handler and tankless system

    The technician Craig was very helpful in fixing my current heating system. He was very knowledgable and was able to show me some helpful things to keep your furnace working properly thank you for a great service

    Tankless Waterheater

    First I would like to state that the installation of the waterheater was excellent, as were the men who installed it. However, the followup was 0/10. I was informed that there was a $600 company rebate and a $900 government rebate BUT two pictures were needed. I contacted Troy (Nov 6,18) the salesman to take the pictures, no return call. An Alexandra (Nov 18,18) emailed me requesting the pictures, I emailed her back stating my request to Troy, she never emailed me back. Later I contacted Troy again and set up an appointment, he did not show up and no contact. I went to Reliance's office and through the receptionist sent a notice to both Troy and Alexandra to contact me. To this day (Feb 22,19) neither of these people has contacted me. Besides the lack of followup, it makes me question if the rebates were real or a sales gimmick. Since the payment contract does NOT appear to take into consideration the $1500 rebates which should have reduced the price, and, the fact that the contract was sent to me prior to the issue of obtaining the pictures of the waterheater had been solved. This leaves me to conclude that if I had sent Alexandra the pictures they would have never been used because they were not meant to be.

    Replacement of water heater

    Bart came to replace our water heater and was very professional in his work. Called before he came giving us 30 minutes heads up. When he came he got everything done quickly with no mess. Once completed he explained the work he did and described the units operation. Directed us to where we could call with any questions, concerns or problems. All in all a very pleasant experience to a worrisome issue.
