    serviceman polite and efficient and provided accurate diagnostic and continue to perform repair. travelled to get part in North Lodon and returned to complete repair with good results according to the diagnosis

    HVAC, water heater

    Update on my complaint below- Reliance finally fixed the error on my father’s bill after I made my complaint public on Google and HomeStars. Thank you Penny for taking care of this matter. Reliance had my elderly father who suffers from Alzheimer’s sign a contact few years ago which is bad enough but they have also billed them twice every month, one under Reliance and another under Enbridge. After fighting with them for this double billing they issued a credit to his account. When the credit was used up, they began double billing AGAIN!!! Their billing department has no intentions of correcting this simple error despite my NUMEROUS attempts to talk to them over the phone spending countless hours of my valuable time. Someone from Enbridge finally emailed me when I made a review on Google but she also has not fixed the problem although she states on their Review site that she has. I am thankful for services like HomeStars and Google Review so that I can warn other customers about unethical companies such as Reliance. It scares me to see how our society has come to this where companies are allowed to take advantage of the elderly. My parents have been victims of daily harassing phone calls and threatening mails. Their billing departments have all the records, and they are fully cognizant of their error. This is not an oversight but a deliberate attempt to confuse elderly customers so that they mistakenly pay twice every month for the same bill.

    Water tank replacement

    Daniel and his team provided excellent service from the very beginning when my hot water tank started leaking . They did an emergency fix that prevented catastrophic failure of the tank which could have flooded my finished basement and then helped me to select the most appropriate replacement with a very reasonable price. In comparison, the other companies I had talked proposed either expensive solution or one that is not even allowed by the current regulation. My suggestion is to always go with knowledgeable and responsible professionals like Daniel and his team to save your money and time.

    Hot Water Tank Fix

    Fantastic job done by Daryl, very professional, highly knowledgeable, very thorough, and approachable. He took his time explaining what the issue was and walked me through the steps he's taking to address the issue. He has turned what was an unfortunate event to a pleasant experience.

    Furnace repair

    Daryl (team member # 2109) came the repair my furnace. He was on time, friendly and identified the problem quickly. He obtained the replacement part same day. In addition he cleaned the flame sensor and adjusted the fan speed. I am very pleased with the work that he has done and would recommend him to anyone. Definitely five star service.

    Furnace installation

    Lindsay from reliance came to talk about installation of a new furnace . Wow so impressed. Best person I've met for sales and installation for everything I've bought . Knowledgeable, professional, easy to understand , friendly and so personable. Made things easy breezy . Definitely in the right profession. Happy and satisfied even if I hadn't bought a furnace I still would have not minded her information. She gave us exactly what we wanted

    Service

    My day started with the Service person coming in to do regular maintenance then realize it would be best to upgrade my system. An appointment was made for the Reliance advisor, who showed up on time for the appointment, I found him to be very knowledgeable, I upgraded to a new furnace to include the humidifier and also got a new air conditioner, I also feel based on this experience I will recommend him to my friends especially of the assurance I got that I can always call if I have an issue.

    Plumbing

    In the past I have had a pretty bad experience with the service. I was therefore, surprised by the last visit of Matt (#4657). It was pleasure to see him working in a very efficient, organized way. The repair was done fast and up to the smallest detail. I am very happy with it. Matt deserves recognition for his efforts and work quality. Especially, when compare to the number of other technicians I have I have experienced before ! Andrew S.

    The tecnitians performed and excellent job and provided and excellent customer services . Matt and Dave thank you

    Our furnace stoped working last nigh and we call at 6:00 am to Reliance and the came in at 9:00 am to fix it. It was the blower motor of the furnace the part that was broken. Execellent services. Thanks Matt and Dave.

    Air conditioner

    Great sales representation. Very thorough, prompt and knowledgable. Installation was professionally done and techs were polite. We have now had Reliance install hot water, furnace and air conditioning. Will recommend to others for sure.
