Bitterly cold weather caused our three year old furnace to freeze up. Frustrating, but understandable, however they missed our 4 hour window due to high demand. That's when Margaret (Meg) came in. She was just starting her shift, but noticed our postponed call was not scheduled for another three hours. She prioritized correctly and took care of us just after another client whose service window had been missed. Nothing like good old fashioned service sense that is so lacking these days. All this aside, Margaret truly knows her trade and had our furnace up and running in no time. Reliance should have her mentoring the young people in the trade. If we need service in the future we will be requesting Margaret. Also, we love the Reliance 10 year zero cost after sales service agreement!

Outstanding. Thank you Chris. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Good conversation as well. Gave me some tips to keep the equipment clean during autumn cleanup as we had leaves being sucked in through air intake. Which I did not know was happening.

I cannot recommend their installer Sam enough - ID RCMSA034; I had an old water heater that broke down during a holiday weekend an no hot water to shower. On the phone, the company rep recommended the wrong unit, and so when Sam arrived to install, he realized he couldn't do it that day because he needed the right until. So, he went out of his way to pick up the right replacement unit all the way to the other side of the GTA, and after his shift, and he came back to install it on a sunday morning of the long weekend. It was the best service any company of this type ever provided.

Called at 9 am and was told tech be out between 10am and 2pm .. he called and showed up around 1pm .. very friendly and professional knew the problem right away and was quick at his job very satisfied thank you

Very nice and knowledgeable. Efficient in telling me the issue. She definately knows her stuff and you can tell she has been in the business a long time. Top notch.

The furnace we bought ten years ago (not from Reliance) broke down on Monday when the weather was under extreme cold alert. I called Reliance in the afternoon and they arranged a diagnosis the next morning. Greg came and gave us a thorough check and the result was not good, we have to replace the furnace. We decided to go ahead and rent the HVAC system from Reliance and Greg called his sales teammate Ali to come in the afternoon. Ali was very knowledgeable and helped us find a system that works best under our situation. Since we did not have heat for two nights Ali was concerned and managed to arrange the installation on Wednesday. The installation team came early the next morning and worked under terribly cold weather condition but eventually finished the job before four p.m. We are so grateful to have heat back! My furnace, AC and water heater were on their last leg. I have always had great service with Reliance and they did t disappoint. The sales rep Jayson was very knowledgeable on the products and listened to what my needs and concerns were. He also provided info on Energuy rebate program. The furnace and AC were installed first. It was a big job with the venting needing to be changed due to the new codes. The two installers were great. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What more could you want? The installer of the tankless water heater was equally as good. All took the time to walk me through what they were going to do, then showed me what they did and how to operate the units. Overall a a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them

Lucas was fantastic. He is polite and did a great job. I will strongly recommend his work and efficiency!! He explained everything he was going to do and his work was also neat!

I called Reliance to have a service Tech come fix a furnace. Richard who was the tech assigned. He called 30 min ahead before arriving which is important to me. Upon arriving he very quickly identified the issue and explained the issue before correctly fixing it. This is exactly what an awesome service Tech should do. Thanks Richard you are an asset to Reliance.
