    furnace replacement

    My son's old furnace stopped working during a minus 20 degrees cold snap. My call was answered quickly and the furnace was inspected promptly. As we suspected, it needed to be replaced and the Advisor drove across town to my house in order to discuss the options with me so that I would not have to take my young grandson out in the cold. The furnace was replaced the next morning and the workers left the site clean and explained the operation fully. The replacement was handled very efficiently and my son can now be confident that this "Arctic cold" that we are experiencing will not affect his comfort.

    Furnace Repair

    Eric Wilson was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also patient in answering my many questions and took the time to ensure the job was done right. I appreciate his time and energy for today’s long visit and I’m very grateful to have heat back in our home. Thank you again, Eric!

    Furnace

    I needed some work done on my furnace so I called Reliance. The HVAC technician, Arash, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We were very happy with his service and would definitely recommend.

    General maintenance

    Had Phil D in to do general maintenance. I am generally very nervous to have any techs come in as we have had problems with other techs in the past. I have to say Phil put my mind at ease he was very personable and professional. He did not touch what didnt need to be touched he did the task that was sent for him to do. I would strongly suggest if you need any work done ask for Phil D. For my yearly maintenance I will definitely be asking for him to follow up next year. Great service and great tech. Thank you.

    Always great service, thanks Ron!

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace was taking forever getting hot and the fan was running constantly so we called Reliance to get it checked out. Tom just finished and did an amazing job. Went above and beyond and quickly found the issue and gave great advice for future maintenance. Thanks again Tom, you were polite, informative and so helpful.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Randy came this morning to service our furnace. He was very punctual, professional and courteous. Once he was complete he explained exactly what he had done. I felt very assured that everything was looked after. Thank you Randy

    new furnace installation

    The experience was positive. The sales associate (Scott Donaldson) appeared to be very knowledgable and was able to provide a product in my price range. He was confident that 70,000BTU was sufficient to replace existing 80,000BTU furnace. The installers (Matt M and Andy A) were neat, thorough, polite and knowledgable. They explained everything in detail, including thermostat, filter and what was done in installation process.

    Furnace Repair

    My ( under warranty ) furnace broke down on Jan - 15 - 2019 ... I called Reliance on Jan - 16 -2019 and mentioned that my furnace was not working but it is under warranty from the manufacturer .... I also mentioned that the furnace was not purchased or installed by Reliance .... I was told on the phone that Reliance could definitely help me with that ... The Reliance repair tech showed up and told me that Reliance does not do direct warranty repair on furnaces Reliance did not install , BUT , he did tell me the way the warranty works is that I pay Reliance today for the part and service , than I keep the old part and submit the invoice to the furnace manufacturer for a warranty claim to get my money back ..... I contacted the furnace warranty claim department 2 days later and they told me that EVERY professional tech knows that they would take the faulty part with the furnace serial # to the parts depot and exchange the part under warranty ... So now I am out $716.42 only because I took professional advice from Reliance ..... I called Reliance at 1-855-625-4090 claim # 22663 and since I am out $716.42 ONLY because of the misleading advice from Reliance , there is no help at all , available for me from Reliance .... Does anybody believe that I would pay $716.42 for a repair that is covered under warranty ??? ..... I trusted Reliance Home Comfort and lost ........

    Heater Installation

    Josh and Brandon did a fantastic job installing my garage heater.They were friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable. I think this was a challenging install and although they had been here for the pre-inspect when they arrived in the morning they again assessed for the best way to run the gas lines. This was done to perfection. They were extremely thorough and when the job was completed they did a final check and cleaned up everything nicely. Reliance will always be my destination of choice and would highly recommend this company.
