    Massive leak after install, security breach & lockout, furnace stopped working

    Convinced to install top of the line all new furnace and air conditioner. Days after installing furnace, basement flooded. Service took days to get to us, while we continually shop vac’d water until they could come to fix it. Then, not even 10 days later, I am locked out...my thermostat says someone tried to access it 13 times and it locked out. Called and they can’t fix without an appt and another service call...even though its 14 degrees in my house and it was apparently accessed online to lock me out. I plan on not only canceling this horrific contract but also filing a lawsuit in addition to privacy/security complaints. Long-story-short...run...as fast and far away from Reliance as you can!

    New Furnace

    I am so pleased with the gold standard service and support I received from the Reliance Team! I was able to book a consultation within the same day through the online booking feature, and was walked through a thorough process that helped tailor my needs with a sales rep, Jamie K. Jamie was fantastic and helped me make the best decision for my home needs; he was responsive and helped make a challenging situation better, and was also part of every step of the process... he even brought coffee for the crew and me during installation and followed up at days end! The crew were thorough, pleasant to work with, and helped set up the thermostat and explained the new installation. Again, five star treatment... will recommend to others!!!

    Gas Furnace Installation

    After many years of service diligent Stephen found a crack in the heat- exchanger which necessitated a new furnace since the existing one was 17 years old. That same day we were visited by Cyrus who got us into a new furnace to be installed the next day. First thing the next morning we were introduced to Marcus and Bruce who removed the old furnace and installed the new one. During the installation they answered any questions that we had and in the end you would not know that they had been here. The furnace room was spotless when they left. Real professionals.

    Furnace

    Richard was efficient and experienced furnace technician. Spotted the issue immediately, fixes it up quick and was extremely friendly in communicating!! Very impressed with this service on our furnace! Thanks Richard K!!

    new water softner

    Fast and quick service. Very clean and friendly men. They put rugs down and put on cover ups on feet. So no dirt would come into house! They also explained everything very well to me.

    Plumbing Service

    Not happy, I have Plumbing protection plan. I called Plumbing guy . He came for unblock the toilet and damaged the toilet bowl then he replaced a cheaper one and made mess at home.

    House Water Filter System

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace broke down, we called Reliance in the morning, they came in the afternoon, had the blower motor replaced and we had the furnace up and running again! Great, very friendly and knowledgeable service guy, excellent service. We have been Reliance customers for 10 years and their service is always supreme. We recommended them to many friends.

    Service for error message on thermostat

    The technician called ahead of time showed up on time and gave great advice. Very happy with the service. I will definitely call reliance in the future for furnace service and repair
