    Hvac install

    The saleswoman Tiffany Felton was great! Lots of information and suggestions. The installers John and Jordan were neat, non-stop workers, productive, neat workplace. I was very impressed when they laid the red carpet down.

    Unauthorizated bill

    This is the second to added un-authorized plan to my bill. Two years ago, it happened to my another address. No one from your company talked to me but a protection plan has been added???

    Thorough Furnace Maintenance

    While calling Reliance can be painful due to their long wait times and in the past, their furnace/ac maintenance was terrible/basic (due to them sending out sub-contractors), I was pleasantly surprised how thorough, knowledgeable and professional the technician was that came today for my furnace maintenance. Thank you Videsh, you have renewed my faith in Reliance hence the positive review.

    Furnace Service

    Service was very prompt and professional. No heat at home early Sunday morning. Called customer service and after 1 hr , service is at the door. Ruel was very knowlegeable on what he was doing. It was a great service. Thank you. Vince

    Product and Service

    Not happy. Our furnace was shut down and deemed not safe by a service rep while installing a simple thermostat. We were forced to obtain a new furnace through Reliance Home Comfort. They cant install the furnace until Monday which means we are without heat of any kind for 3 1/2 days in January. Not a good start towards customer satisfaction.

    Sarnia

    Have had my water heater break on me countless times in the last few weeks and every time I call reliance shows up either next day or day of. Even on Christmas morning. Extremely happy with my service with the techs and sales people I have delt with.

    No Fuss Hot Water Heater Replacement

    Of course the end of the holidays wouldn’t be complete without some sort of mishap-ours came compliments of an old hot water heater. Cut to first day back to work & noticing ever decreasing hot water during your 5am shower. Called Reliance & was able to get a technician to come out and troubleshoot the tank. A small leak on top of the tank was to blame & he was able to schedule a replacement for the next day. Next day the technician comes out in the timeframe provided & completely replaces the tank within 2hrs! Technician was diligent & clean & well informed. No issues here. So nice to deal with a company and not have any problems on the phone or with the install! Greatly appreciated!!!

    Upgrade hot water heater from electric to gas

    Scott the installer who installed everything was very neat and tidy. All the plumbing and venting was done uniform and I was very impressed. Scott gave me the run down of the system and made sure I was satisfied and didn't have any further questions. Scott cleaned all of his mess up and did not leave a crumb behind. Very positive experience

    Follow up call

    Tom Hotchkiss was right on time, following a phone call from him indicating he would be at my home in 10 minutes. He was very swift and thorough and took the time to explain the operation of the previously installed eqpt in detail. He checked everything for safety and cleaned up so you would never know he was there. A true professional!

    Furnace maintenance

    James was so professional and helpful explaining the condition details of my furnace. He even explained their is a 2nd stage heat capability of my furnace and adjusted it accordingly. Very satisfied with the service!
