    Furnace Issue

    I have to say I am very impressed with the Customer Service Team, especially Megan, at Reliance Home Comfort this week in a particularly difficult situation with my furnace. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

    Hvac

    Chris came by to help us with our steam humidifer and got the part quickly. He also looked at our furnace too while he was here. He provided fast and friendly service and would highly recommend. He also mentioned about other products Reliance offers like water softeners and water filtration for drinking which we were bot aware of but very interested in. Thank you Chris fir the great service.

    HWT service

    Deston was quick efficient and polite. Arrived early in the time window that dispach stated. I was pleased the repair went smoothly with no mess. I would rely on their great service again with no worries.

    Furnace

    Woke up at 5am new years morning with the furnace sounding a little loud. shortly after there was a smell like burning electrical. Checked the furnace and could not hear the blower working (we have it running constantly for even heat distribution up and downstairs). Called reliance around 9:30. They sent a man out Justin was his name, he confirmed it was the blower, the motor was seized and said we'd have to wait til the next day as it was new years day. He said he'd call Lennox the next morn to see if he could get the part. He did and called me at 9 the next morn and said he was on his way with the new motor. Installed it and it runs like new. Thanks Justin, great job at a not so cool time to be working. Happy New Year!!!!

    Water tank replacement/PV50/vent

    Mike #2854 Super person Perfect job, super efficient, great work, no clean up, completed in perfect amount of time, very pleasant person! Every thing in order, with finish instructions. Very good job worker

    Mixed review

    I have mixed feelings about my service on Dec 30. The technician, Ashwani, was excellent. I was given a window from 1 - 6 which I was aware of. The problem started when I called at 1:30 to confirm the appt, good to go. Called again at 5:20 and was informed he would be there in 15 mins, long day but would soon end. Got a call at 6:05 from the tech and was told he just got the call and would be there in 40 mins! How could he have just got the call if it was confirmed at 5:20 that he would there before 6? It appears customer service is not in contact with the techs and do not provide the best of info. This is not a new problem, there seems to be a disconnect between the 2 departments. I am not happy with the confusion but very pleased with the technician's efficiency and professionalism.

    Windsor, Ontario

    Dustin H. & Matt L. were our installers for our new furnace. They were very professional and treated out home with great care. They left the work area very clean and tidy inside and out. They explained everything to us step by step. We were very pleased with their performance during our install. Thanks again Dustin & Matt!

    Water Heater

    Amir was Amazing and Responsive and explained properly what’s wrong on it.He was on Time .Reliance they open in case of emergency and holiday.Excellent!!!He checked if there is leaking.Thanks Amir

    Replacement water heater

    My 20 year old hit water heater finally needed to be replaced. I phoned Reliance late Friday afternoon and they were at my house to replace the heater Saturday after lunch. The tech that installed the heater was helpful and friendly. The service is much appreciated!

    Furnace

    The sales team person Jamey narrated all the benefits of the different products. I chose Goodman’s furnace which is upto 96 % efficient. The installation guys did the job very quickly and nicely
