Chris came to our house as we had no heat for a few days and the house got really cold. He changed the part on our furnace quickly and got our heat back. He also mentioned about some of the other services reliance offers like water treatment which I want aware of but very interested in. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Reliance.

I lost my heating a and I booked an appointment with Reliance Home Comfort to check my furnace. The Technician came the following day and was able to pinpoint the issue right away. Unfortunately I have to change the furnace. The technician booked and appointment with a service adviser to go overt my options. The adviser called right away and came in no time at all as I emphasised I need to have the furnace changed right away.

I had reliance out today to check out a noise in my furnace. They did a great job, and the technician was friendly, Neat and proficient, as well as fast. The work he did was great, He fixed the noise, as well as did preventative Maintenance check on my furnace. Again very pleased, and will use the service again.

Technician Keith ( team mmber # 2024) was professional and did replace gas valve . Thank you for your ahead call with estimated arrival time, so I did not have to just sit and wait around

I decided I needed a new furnace when mine started only working on mild days. I checked out reviews from a few different companies. I decided on Reliance Home Comfort thru reviews and the experience I had previously with buying my central airconditioning. Sales Rep Daniel was there for both sales and was very patient when there was a lot of road blocks due to living in a townhouse condo. After 3weeks of condo rules and codes my furnace was finally installed by Kyle and Sheldon. The install was very fast and efficient (quicker than expected considering they had to vent out the chimney stack). My house was left clean and damage free yah. All three guys were great and would recommend them to others.

I had a wonderful experience today. Dustin and Tim replaced my old furnace for a new one. They were ready for all my questions and happy to answer all of them. The time spent installing my furnace and time showing me how to take care and maintain it was fast and efficient. It was great. I will definitely recommend Dustin and Tim ( Reliance/Holmes ) to everyone. Thank you so much !!

The service technician Richard Knicely has done a fabulous job for us. I highly recommend him to any one!! He works hard, enegetic, thinks from customer perspective. He is one of the best service technician I have ever seen!!

Excellent Rep, Darius did a great job. He convince us to go with the rental option. We are looking forward to the installation. I like the idea of the filter that you only BN change once a year
