    Hot water tank replacement

    Technician Gage S. was professional and courtesy the entire time he was in my home. Thank you for your ahead call with estimated arrival time, so I did not have to just sit and wait around.

    New furnace

    Furnace broke down and Reliance home care took care of us right away. They understood our need to have heat back in the house as soon as possible and therefore prioritized the installation of our new furnace. Everything was completed from the next day. Special thanks goes out to Momo Zeremski who expedited the installation and even provided us with portable heaters until the furnace was installed. Class act!

    Plumbing plugged toilet

    Mitch called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Fixed my issue in 10 minutes He was polite, personable, took his time to let me know what he had done. Because i have a Plumbing Protection Plan I did not pay for the service. All in all a good experience, will definitely use Reliance again.

    Great service

    Our furnace’s humidifier was leaking and the furnace itself was becoming louder than usual and likely on its last breath. Nelson came in for diagnosis and was very knowledgeable and explained the situation clearly. We decided to replace the unit instead of of short term repair. Evan Carter arrived for an estimate for a new furnace at the appointment time. We explained what we were looking for (low cost, no frills but reliable and cost efficient as we are listing our home soon). He provided suggestions based on our needs and his own recommendations. We were able to get a bit more of a discount by just asking provided we install next day. Felt a bit rushed but worked out with our schedule and bonus for getting it over with. Installation went quite smoothly. Job appears well done and it was quite clean. Took away one star only because we explained from get go we didn’t want a maintenance package but I understand it is their job to upsell. Enjoying my new and quieter furnace though.

    Furnace maintenance

    Phil worked very professionaly and efficiently very knowledgeable and respectful he answered all my questions and give me very good advice, he showed me every step of his work and what was wrong with the furnace.

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace broke down in the afternoon, and the same day a technician from Reliance was here to check it out and fix it. Friendly, efficient, he quickly found and fixed the problem. Thanks to his excellent work our furnace is now back up and running. Thank you very much for the prompt service.

    Reliance

    Jason from Reliance is the best service person period. His skills and his talent are second to none. Reliance is lucky to have Jason work for them. Jason from the sarnia branch I bet is highly sought after from other companies!!

    New furnace, air cond and water tank

    Excellent service! Very knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We highly recommend! Kiefer is professional and friendly, he knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to make the process easy for us and stress free. All of the techs that have worked in our house were so friendly and professional. We appreciated the time they took to answer all our question. Great team. Great company.

    Miguel and Zack Were Awesome!!!!!

    Do used to gentleman came in to replace the hot water heater that was a little old. He did a super job for in and out very quickly and took some very detailed pictures for me to see. I live with a disability and cannot get down the stairs so they. We're super sensitive about that and made sure I was satisfied with everything. . Best. Guys. Ever. Thanks Miguel and Zack!!!!

    Waterheater fixed

    Very friendly and a good fast worker and showed us what was wrong with our water heater and explain to us what was wrong with it thank you for a nod we’ll done Dejar
