    Excellent service!!

    I am very pleased with the service I received. Excellent! The gentleman did the work nicely. He also communicated all the relevent information. I strongly recommend him and Reliance for any plumbing work.

    humidifier added to furnace

    addition took less than time estimated and done with care and attention to detail by two technicians, Matt M. and Andy A. who after completion explained to me how to operated it during the different seasons and did a general overview of my furnace. Thank you for a job well done.

    Hvac

    Chris came by our house as we were having difficulty understanding how our new thermostat works. He explained everything to us and how to best operate for great comfort throughout our home. He provided great service overall and would highly recommend Reliance. Thank you Chris

    Furnace wasn't working, house was freezing

    Josh, service tech, arrived, he was very polite, professional and explained everything to me. He had my furnace up and running in no time! Thank you so much Josh the house is warm again!

    Furnace repairs and maintenance

    Brent G. #1414 came to my home today to repair my furnace. He went above and beyond to ensure the part needed to fix the unit was couriered to my home in Chatham from London, and he had the issue resolved in just a few hours! What a relief, especially with a 6 month old baby and the cold weather we've been having. He's a rockstar and you should seriously consider giving him a raise!!

    No heat for 4days!!!

    Our furnace doesn’t work for the past 4 nights and we are calling the customer service 4 to 5 times per day and still keeping us on hold and hold and promising us that technician is coming and yet never came!! Super poor management!! Just charge you without any service!! I wish there was another company to go to in Hamilton!! Not recommended at al!! Never Ever Below is the temperature in the house

    Hot Water tank replacement

    Adam did an awesome job. Very professional and polite. Great cleanup, looks better than when he arrived !! The new unit supplies our heat (rads) as well as hot water. He explained the functions, safety tips, and seasonal setback controls. Nice folks.

    Maintenance of Heating

    Excellent and friendly work by Service Technician Brent Gowan! He worked very diligently and comprehensively so that I should have a good winter with my furnace. I would recommend him as a technician.

    No heat 30 days after install of new furnace, told it's not emergancy and wait until next day.

    We had Reliance install a new furnace last month, now that temps drop to -10 our new furnace will not heat up the house or shut off. After 5 hours of continuous running we called the emergancy 24 hour number, as we are losing heat fast. I was told to wait until the next day for a tech to come, its -10!!!!! Now we have a problem of the GAS FURNACE attempting to heat for 14 hours non stop before a tech looks at it. The Fire Department advises to exit the house until further notice incase of fire or explosion, THIS IS NATURAL GAS going non stop for 14 hours by the time a tech comes. So now I have my family with kids at an all night coffee shop at 3am waiting for the next buisness day. The worst part is Reliance installed an "UNDERSIZED" furnace in our house and that is a massive health and safety risk, and an extream fire risk! And to end this off you will see the generic auto reply from reliance to this complaint saying to email kerby, well that never works. I fell unsafe, cold, and unsatisfied with this furnace, and with the service we recieved from Reliance. ZERO STARS!!!!!!

    Service furnace

    Service call id 920695. Technician Joe D # 110-729 was very professional and knowledgeable. He already knew the fix before he even started. Very happy with work done. Thx again Joe !!!
