    Service

    Our pilot light went out this morning on your hot water tank. We had someone at our door within less then 2 hours to fix it. Service was great! Would recommend

    new furnace

    We had our furnace inspected and tagged and shut off on a Thursday morning. The salesman came in Thursday afternoon to show us our options. We had another salesman in about a month before so his quote was honoured. The installation could not be done until the following Tuesday but we have a fireplace, so no problem. Two installers came in with the new furnace. They removed the old one, installed the new with replacement thermostat and new duct work. They cleaned up after themselves and explained how the new system works. They were done in about 2 hours with no mess, no fuss. Very Good

    remodel kitchen

    John was great and new his stuff. Very polite and easy to talk to. He is welcome in my home any time. He didn't rush me in any way. took his time and answered all my questions. Tks John

    Furnace breakdown

    We arrived home from an out of town trip to a cold house. Our Furnace is not working and we call Reliance. The technician arrived the next day and based on his assessment we need to replace the heat exchanger and due to the age of the furnace(16 years) and the carbon monoxide high level of emission, he also suggested to talk to a Home Comfort Advisor, Mike. After knowing our options, the pros and cons we decided to rent a new furnace from Reliance and have our air conditioning system replaced too. It is the best option according to our situation and our new furnace was installed the next day. We are satisfied with the work they have done.

    Furnace and AC

    Had a great rep out to my home He was very knowledgeable and patient. Walked me through everything including the rebates and billing. Thanks again for the great service and looking forward to my new furnace and AC

    Emergency furnace installation & air conditioner

    When we awoke to no heat, we knew our 12 year old furnace had given up for the last time. Jason Rowe came out with just a couple of hours to talk with me about our options. He was well informed and very helpful and did not approach our situation with any high pressure sales which I appreciated very much! We decided to go with the rental option and do a new A/C unit at the same time as it was best suited to our current situation. Later that afternoon, Jason had space heaters delivered to supplement what I already had and those kept us comfortable overnight. The installation team was there just after 8am the next morning. Jeff & Brad did a great job and worked quietly and quickly. They did a full information of our new equipment and left any space they entered cleaner than they found it! It is very stressful having an emergency in the home and these three gentlemen made it as smooth as I think possible.

    Furnace pump replacement

    Tim Terpstra came to my house to replace the furnace condensation pump. He did an awsome job was very fast and did quality work. He also took the time to answered all my questions to help me understand my heating system.

    My plumbing technician #110561 was great . Fixed my blocked drain and gave me relief that it wasn't something more major.

    Experienced a blockage issue during a kitchen renovation. Fortunately the 2nd visit from reliance solved the issue , relieving me of my worst fear of something more major. My plumbing technician( Kristian J#110561) was great and very professional. Very happy customer. :-)

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Excellent experience from start to finish. When my heat exchanger blew out on my old furnace, I contacted multiple contractors for quotes. Scott and Jordan from Reliance sale team presented me with the best options for my needs and provided me with the best price. Mike and Nick removed my old equipment and installed the new units in a quick and timely manner. They reviewed how to operate the new equipment and left the work area spotless. My house is now toasty warm and running more efficient.

    Furnace purchase

    I dealt with Michelle Bosch for my furnace purchase. She presented me with excellent options for my new furnace as well as water softeners and filters. Michelle was very informative and knowledgeable on all three subjects. I had just recently installed a tankless hot water system and ultimately decided to just go with the new furnace at this point. Michelle was very professional and polite during our visit and I never felt pressured at any point during our meeting which I appreciated very much! I hate pushy sales people. I was overall very satisfied with Michelle!
