    New Water Heater

    Our water heater broke down and needed a new one. Reliance came same day to install. Joey Melo (RCMSA039) did an amazing job and thanks to his professionalism we did not have to cut the basement ceiling open to run the exhaust pipe. He cleaned up everything after he was done. We are very happy with the job.

    Reliance Furnace Check

    Robust furnace check performed today. Technician was very diligent, explained results and was knowledgeable and pleasant. Did not rush and seemed very thorough. We are quite pleased with the service provided under our furnace protection plan.

    Excellent service tech

    We had a problem with our HVAC as well as a question about our hot water supply. Reliance customer service arranged an appointment on the same day as our call. The service technician, Rick Westgate, was very efficient in clearing our concerns and was very forthcoming with information to explain the underlying issues for future reference. He's a really good ambassador for Reliance.

    Excelent Service Technician

    Had an issue with not enough hot water getting through the house. Within a few hours, a very nice service technician (names RIchard) arrived and quickly assessed and fixed the situation. Not only fixed it, but gave very good recommendations to maintain preventative maintenance!

    Air conditioner

    I had two gentlemen come over they were nice a d polite. Fixed the problem i had for 2 months. Will recommend them for other customers, did a fantastic job that i will never forget!

    new furnace and air conditioner

    the men who installed the new furnace and air conditioner were awesome friendly, cleaner and curious. they explained and showed us everything we needed to know. thank you for sending them here.

    Hot water tank

    The technician was extremely efficient. Found the problem and fixed it quickly. I was very pleased with the work. I would be very happy if I needed service again and the same technician showed up

    Fast and efficient service

    I called yesterday about a lack of hot water and a technician was here today to replace the tank. Fast, efficient and friendly service. I am very satisfied with the service.

    Plumbing service

    Our technician was knowledgeable and suggested a few options that we can choose from to replace our old toilets. He unclogged our toilet and ensured it was in working order before leaving our property.
