    I have the home comfort plan .

    I had a gentleman come out this week to relighting my pilot light . He was timely, friendly and did a great job. He made sure everything was working properly.

    Water Heater Service

    Appointment booking by phone was easy. Technician came promptly. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He answered our questions, explained the problem and our options very well and solved our issue for us. We were very pleased.

    Out of hot water worst service

    After spending most of my day sleeping because I am sick, I got up to have a shower before I had to pick up my daughter and no hot water. So I called reliance whom I rent my hit water tank from and after spending nearly 10 minutes on hold was told that they wouldn't be able to get a tech out to me today. Even they do service calls until 11pm because what did I expect calling after 5pm. Absolutely unacceptable that they do not consider a lack of hot water urgent. Will definitely enquire about changing rental companies.

    hot water tank

    Your Trusted Advisor Enrique M #3103 Installed his bootie before he entered the house which was a plus.He was very knowledgeable how they would remove the old and install the new tank.He is very pleasant and well suited for the job.Great employee George W Parry

    Hot water tank repair

    My tank had leaked under my floors and floors started to expand and leak. He fixed the leak and was very good about putting in a damage report. He was very friendly and helpful.

    Worst service provider ever

    This is the worst company i have dealt ever in my life...worst service as hell! I bought the house and previous owner had rental AC and water heater tank with them! I had rental AC with them that issue took 3 months for them to sort...atlast i had to end the contract and buy my own! Now i am having issue with rental water heater tank, its already been 15 days for them to come and fix! They send the techs but those dumbs dont know what to do...they always say they didnt know what the notes were! Or what to do! Having a real bad experience with this company, even speaking with supervisors doesnt resolve anything! Please dont go for this company, save ur time and money guys! I have told all my friends its better to go for some other company but dont ever go with them! U will regret! I will put google review and whichever i could...gave me a real hard time!

    Services

    The technician Joey Melo came to fix up our new water heater heater tank. He did a super great job. Joey was very professional, extremely knowledgeable on his work, very humble. He completed his job with the perfection. I did a good move moving the contract from enarcare to Reliance Home Comfort. Kiran

    New furnace

    I called jeff at reliance and he had a furnace ready to be installed the next day! Great service, professional, clean and my house is warm :) Thank you Reliance

    AMAZING AMY!

    Amy from Reliance was truly AMAZING today. She was extremely professional & knowledgeable with regards to presenting info for our furnace & A/C replacements. We felt comfortable making a decision with her expertise & she provided exceptional customer service today! Nick the technician was also very thorough, professional & took the time to explain the existing issues while reassuring us that we will have a number of options for our home.     The technician that came to fix my unit was marvellous. He was extremely helpful, genuine, professional and polite. I would have him again and again if my wife would let me!
