Recently I had an experience with Reliance home comfort here in Thunder Bay where I live. During the hottest part of the summer our AC unit died. Awesome! I called Reliance Home Comfort as I had purchased month to month insurance and they came right out. They got us up and running right away. During the repair visit I spoke with the technician about my heating and air system. I got an honest assessment of my status. From that my wife and I decided that it was time for a furnace and AC upgrade. An appointment was booked and Vince Chambers came over for a quote. Vince went over all the options and plans available. Excellent and professional service aimed at 110% client satisfaction. We decided the best option for our family was to rent the AC and Furnace Units from Reliance which comes with free service calls and yearly maintenance. The insurance on the units is included in the monthly price as well. The appointment for installation was booked. A three person crew came on installation day. The team did a fantastic job. Everything was installed top shelf! I feel very relieved to have a proper furnace etc. Reliance in Thunder Bay is a place one can put their trust in. I had Reliance come in this morning and replace my Air Conditioner.The gentlemen were very polite and in know time had finished putting in a new Air Conditioner. Thank you very much and a great job guys.

Signed up for Reliance Home Comfort. Has plumbing issue in my bathroom. Phil #4176 came out and was so thorough, professional and courteous that I would give him 10 stars!!! Wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Plumber Blake Ricci is an efficient plumber,great guy, great mind,great skills . Very courteous, explain things,spend time,never seemed in rush. An asset to your company. Treat him well pls very impressive

Ian came out within the time quoted and got right to work investigating out central air unit. He had it repaired quickly and even answered all of our questions with wisdom and patience. Thanks Ian! We would have him out again.

Your installers were very professional and very well informed. They installed everything and gave me instructions on the operation. They also made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. Installers were Mike Team member # 110529 and Don Team member # 110529. Your sales person/ advisor Dan Shepley was very professional and always stayed on top of everything. Thanks for your help.

The third party who installed was Canadian choice and their installation was amazing. They did a great job fixing the old pipes so the water goes in the proper place and they were very professional. They put the air conditioner in the front for the recycling for metal and they put the the boxes from the air conditioning and its parts on the side of the house neatly folded for the next recycling. The only thing was they just left a small mess in the basement were the furnace was but it wasn't too much. The Reliance salesperson was very professional and very nice but he seemed to be in a small rush to get to the next person. Explain the difference between a low energy air conditioning and a high efficiency air conditioner unit so we went with the highest efficiency air conditioner as it would in the end save us money. He helped us with the financing of it and he made it very clear of which one would be best for our situation. He also explained how when we do that program that there is maintenance included and we really appreciate it. As our old air conditioner broke down after 3 years.

Water heater was leaking and service technician was in and out in 15 minutes. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it! Great service. Jeff was very professional and polite.
