    Air conditioning leaking

    The Reliance engineer was very punctual and went above and beyond to fix my air conditioner which had been flooding water. Fantastic engineer and very polite. Definitely recommend Reliance for future work.

    Furnace Repair

    Reliance repair person was had to change a motor that had seized in my 12 yr old furnace. He was both knowledgeable and efficient. The fact the Reliance was able to schedule and complete my repair less than one day from my call in was impressive.

    Air conditioner installation

    Daniel Macdougall was a complete pleasure to deal with at the time of purchase. Extremely informative and accommodating. The installation process was quick and painless. Extremely happy with the service Would recommend to anyone.

    AC unit fixed

    Chris came to my house when my AC was down, he quickly found the issue was with the control board and had it delivered within 24hrs. He then returned and fixed the issue. He is a fantastic person to work with, excellent workmanship, extremely knowledgeable and what a fellow. I give him 20 out of 10 in excellence and recommend him as the superior face of Reliance. I encourage his manager to reward him with a raise.

    Furnace and A/C Replacement

    Placed a request online for an assessment appointment and received a prompt reply. Was contacted by the Advisor Jordan prior to the appointment and showed up on time. Jordan was courteous and accomodating. Subsequent e-mails and phone calls confirmed the installation date. Was contacted by the installation technicians Adam and Luciano prior to coming to the house. They arrived on time and with professional work, installed the new furnace and A/C ahead of the expected completion time and with minimal interruptions. They provided good explanations for the operation and required maintenance of the new equipment. Overall, very pleased with the experience.

    Heater and AC Installation

    Salesman Vince was very professional in all his dealing with me. He answered all my questions, give me options and explained each option. He setup a technician to do the survey and set up the time of installations with me taking into consideration time of availability. On day of installation he was the first to show up and also followed after installation. AC is running with no issues. I have his contact and is only a phone call away.

    New A/C Installation

    My old A/C was not working not enough cooling, technician suggested new A/C because R12 Gas not in use any more. Technician arrived along with new A/C, because of my basement is finished technician was reluctant to install new pipes, I authorized him to use old old fittings save his 50% of job. Now instead to do better job he was leaving with out installing new thermostat, not securing my new A/C with few screws from base. God knows why they all in rush.

    This installer was absolutely amazing ...He lubed all of my working parts he made sure not to leave until I was completely satisfied and boy was i ut the best part was ...he was very professional and efficient

    Repair no show

    Third time booking a repair, hoping this is the charm. First appointment booked Wednesday, no show, no excuse, second time, next day, same thing. I am now hoping someone shows this morning. As I rent the hot water tank I am stuck but will be looking for a new company. They took no responsibility just kept saying 'all I can do is re-book you' . Poor, poor service.

    New Furnace & Air Conditioning Installation

    Recently I had an experience with Reliance home comfort here in Thunder Bay where I live. During the hottest part of the summer our AC unit died. Awesome! I called Reliance Home Comfort as I had purchased month to month insurance and they came right out. They got us up and running right away. During the repair visit I spoke with the technician about my heating and air system. I got an honest assessment of my status. From that my wife and I decided that it was time for a furnace and AC upgrade. An appointment was booked and Vince Chambers came over for a quote. Vince went over all the options and plans available. Excellent and professional service aimed at 110% client satisfaction. We decided the best option for our family was to rent the AC and Furnace Units from Reliance which comes with free service calls and yearly maintenance. The insurance on the units is included in the monthly price as well. The appointment for installation was booked. A three person crew came on installation day. The team did a fantastic job. Everything was installed top shelf! I feel very relieved to have a proper furnace etc. Reliance in Thunder Bay is a place one can put their trust in. Chris and his colleagues on the installation team a job well done. I am a pleased and satisfied customer. Thank you Reliance! Tim Irish
