    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Contacted Reliance after we discovered that the chimney which our hot water heater was using was partially blocked. I asked to upgrade to a power vent unit and they scheduled the repair within a week. The technician, Kody, showed up within the scheduled service window and had the new unit installed within a few hours. He did a great job. Happy to have a safer unit installed and plenty of hot water!

    New Furnace and Installation

    Great experience with Reliance Ottawa. We needed a new furnace and we were offered many options to rent/buy/finance. We decided to rent our furnace. We were presented with a new furnace, humidifier and Wifi Thermostat. Pat answered all of our questions and he scheduled both a follow-up meeting and install within a week. He even checked in to ensure we were satisfied with our installation. The two gentlemen who installed our furnace, Greg and Ryan A., were very efficient and answered all of our questions. Our furnace, and thermostat all seem to be in working order for winter! We simply gave a 4 because we had difficulty originally scheduling our yearly maintenance earlier in the year. This was in no way because of the team who sold and installed our furnace.

    A.C. Unit

    my old A.C. was 30+ yrs old. Ordered new one from Reliance. Sales rep was nice. Install not so much. Unit is not level. Installers messed with furnace and damaged fan control board. Now have inadequate fan speed. Bedrooms in house are sweltering hot. Repair man came bit would not fix their damage. I should have left old unit. I would never recommend Reliance.

    Satisfied

    My water from my rental heater was scalding. I called for it to be checked.They came following day. checked water temperature. & recomended another serviceman to do a relining. Steve came, flushed water from heater which was clear. Thank you Steve. It wasn't necessary to reline it. He said some customers had water regulater controls on their unit. I thought later why shouldn't all their water heaters have these controls instead of paying to have one put on.

    Replace water heater

    Andy, came out on Monday of the long weekend,, he phoned ahead of time,, confirmed our appointment time and actually arrived at the time he said.. Very professional, neat, tidy and personable. Couldn't be happier with the service and the time taken to completed the replacement.. Thanks ANDY!! RUSS

    Ac not working

    Piru was great. He came here and got our ac working during a heat wave. He communicated the problem accurately and provided a solution. He worked with the smart thermostat company until the problem was resolved.

    Water heater fixed

    Carlos was very helpful and came in time to fix the water heater. 24 hour service is really really helpful appreciated. Parts are also easily available . Very very cooperative

    Greatly recommended.

    Greatly recommended. Call Louis (Zheng) Lu for a fast service. Water heater, furnace, AC, working very well and the installation of the Hepa air filter, water softener and humidifier done in a day. Thanks for the very good service.

    Totally dishonest

    I called because my Air Conditioner was not working on a very hot weekend. It was 33 degrees in my house. I was given a service window of 1PM to 6PM for service. No one arrived. I called at 7:15 PM and was told someone would call me in 20 minutes. I called again at 8:30 and was told they reached out to a third party. They would call me. Still nothing. I called again at 10:30 and escalated to a supervisor. She informed me that she also reached out to the third party. Another sleepless night. Don’t trust them, they will say anything to get you off the phone. Worst service I have encountered

    AC and Furnace

    Our AC stopped working and within a couple of days we were able to get a new AC and furnace installed before another heat wave! Ali, Amir amd Randy were very professional and did a great job - thank you for all your help! Jeannie
