    Over price rental fee

    Got a hot water tank from Reliance based on their agreement with builder. Monthly bill is too much and over priced compare with other vendor. Tried to cancel it but CS mention that builder made a 7 yrs. contract with Reliance. I will not recommend Reliance to any one.

    installed hot water heater, courtesy kind and efficient

    My hot water heater was acting up. I called reliance and they had some one out to look at the issue . Within two business days I had a new tank installed by a gentleman whom was both efficient and courteous. Would recommend this service in a heart tbeat

    No Hot water!

    Rob from Reliance Home Comfort - Burlington, came by on a Sunday morn to assess the situation. Was very helpful & solved the issue quickly. Gave great tips on how to run more efficiently. Thanks guys!! Yes hot water!

    water heater replacement

    Chris came to our home late on a Friday afternoon even though he still had another job to get to after ours. He was thorough, polite, competent and extremely professional. He even relit our gas fireplaces' pilot lights as he had to cut off the gas supply to be able to replace the water heater. We were completely satisfied with the job that he did as well as how personable he was while he was at our home.

    Great service and quick reply time

    Price for ductwork. Opted for rent to own HVAC Quality products included to meet with rebate programs. Fast ,friendly service with quick installation Give them a call and you won't be disappointed from the service they provide

    Air Conditioning maintanance

    We pay Reliance $20.00 a month to maintain our Heating, cooling and hot water. Appointments can be hard to make and they have cancelled several times but the work they do is fantastic. The gentlemen were polite, professional and diligent. They showed us the problems and they showed us what they did to fix the problems. They explained the limitations of our system and how to make it more efficiant

    A/C repair

    A/C unit began acting up, not blowing cool air. Called Reliance who were fantastic on the phone. The repair man arrived within the time frame given and he resolved the issue in a timely manner. Very polite, spent time explaining what the issue was and even helped upgrade our protection plan as I was going to call in to have it upgraded. Overall a very wonderful, knowledgeable young man.

    Super Quick and Efficient

    Hot Water kept cutting out for weeks. Mark Chevalier came by and said right away not to worry he knew what it was.He was neat quick and very nice. Yes Hot water Again!

    Updated A/C unit

    The installers were extremely professional and thorough. Both left no mess behind and explained everything thoroughly once Installed. They installed the unit in half the time i was told that it may take. Very pleased. Thank you!

    Yearly maintenance

    We just had our yearly maintenance check up, and the technical expert did an amazing job from start to finish. Very detailed and polite. We have never had a problem with reliance offering us excellent customer service. We are really happy with their servicesz workers are great!
