    Fast, friendly and efficient

    Andrew and Brian are an amazing coordinated team. They came in on a Friday with a great attitude, worked quickly and clean. They took the time to identify install options and explain all the capabilities and instructions when done. Great people to have in your house for a day.

    Awesome

    We just had reliance out the gentleman that came was very professional and very nice. He was quick and efficient. awesome service he did an amazing job. Thank you very much

    Rinnai hot water leak (x2)

    After calling 4+ times, and after Reliance dispatched a plumber that left after 30 seconds because he was intimidated by the Rinnai unit, a HVAC tech that said it was a plumbing issue, a contractor that was about to replace the entire hot water unit, they finally sent Sahil, a smart polite gentleman who was able to take apart 2 unions, clean out the calcification inside the gaskets and retighten the unions to stop the leaks. Thank you Sahil!

    Sales person Steve W was fantastic

    Steve did a lot to help us set up our install and was very open and helpful. He answered the phone every single time I called, even if it was multiple times a day. Will recommend if I can!

    New AC and Furnace Combination

    Our AC died in the midst fo the last heat event. We called in Reliance to service the unit (17 years old) and got the word that it was not repairable. The service tech scheduled a Customer Care Person to meet with us to discuss a new unit. Dave Westwood arrived on time, explained our options including rent or purchase. As our furnace was also 17 years old I inquired about a furnace as well. Dave explained the benefits o the combination purchase which we agreed to. I had talked with a couple of local companies and found the Reliance offer the best. The installation was scheduled right way. The installation crew was on time, courteous respective of our home and extremely helpfully in getting the whole process done on time. I would highly recommend the reliance team

    Air conditioner.

    As with all our dealings with Reliance, very efficient and informative. Jeff explained everything to us, and made arrangements for the new installation. Thank you again for the prompt and helpful service.

    Water heater maintance

    I had my water heater flushed out and no drain was available to do the task so the service person named Arash ID 3338 did everything he could to help us out. He managed to use a long hose and drain the water outside my home and so happy my water is not brown anymore. Thank you Arash

    Water Tank

    I went into my building this morning, and notice a leak coming from the water tank. At First i thought, ok 1888 number where you can never get hold of anyone, to the contrary. i was able to talk to a person imediately, She informed me there will be somone there with in 4 hours. i recieved a call by a Nice guy named Joe in 2 hours , and he said he was on his way. They replaced the tank within 1 hour , and we back to normal. the service that Joe gave was exceptional. Thanks Joe.

    Annual maintenance today, HVAC not working tonight

    This year's annual maintenance appears to have broken my HVAC system (installed in 2015) 1. My fan, which is set to continuously on, is not working, which means 2. My HEPA air filter is not working, 3. My AC is not working, and 4. Customer Service is telling me the soonest they can have someone come out and take a look is tomorrow morning. The current Environment Canada weather is Temperature: 23.8°C, Dew point: 22.3°C, Humidity: 91%

    Yearly Maintenance

    Had yearly maintence done on furnace and A/C. I have a service plan so there was no cost to me. Service man Rick was very thorough and efficient. He also was very helpful in giving me some tips which I will use on his advice. I will rate him a 10. Good service and very friendly.
