"Jeff", working for Reliance Yanch showed up on time to remove my old hot water tank. He was professional, helpful, courteous and immediately co-operated well with the men who were already installing the new tank. I would highly recommend Jeff and his company.

Our air conditioner broke a day before the heat storm started. we called Reliance and they came over and talked about the options that we had, explained everything and we decided to lease an air conditioner. Because of the backlog of people needing air conditioning at the time we had to wait until July 30 to get ours installed. They came in today, got to work right away. Everything was done with care and they informed us all they were doing. We were real happy with Reliance. Their staff are very professional and informative. We would not hesitate to refer them to any of our friends.

David Van Bakel is professional in both appearance and how he conducts his work. Outstanding service. He called before arriving and was on time for his appointment. It's this kind of stuff that separates the men from the boys.

Reliance home advisor spent a great deal of time explaining the water purification system, went into detail with showing me the water analysis with the ppm metre, advisor answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable in explaining the detail of the product. I have now signed up to 3 products with reliance & have always requested Phil as my advisor, he has shown great customer service and dedication in all my purchases. I feel assured knowing I am receiving a good quality product and excellent customer service. I am sold on the air purifier which he explained also, but will have to wait till I can afford either a system or the rental. Having my home covered by reliance brings me much comfort and reassurance.

My AC unit was replaced with a more efficient unit. My coolant was low and wasn’t cooling down the house anymore. The install went great, the work and service were both awesome. Highly recommend Reliance to anybody.

Hot water tank would need reset every couple of weeks. Service tech was here same day, cleaned the burner unit, everything working. Great service, as always. Reliance has always been very dependable.
