    Gabriel F. (Senior HVAC Tech) was great

    We called Reliance for a AC Tune up. They sent Gabriel F. One of their Senior HVAC techs and he provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable. Thanks Gabriel!

    Power vented water heater installation in a 160 year old house

    We had a service/installation technician #4416 Nick Mather install a power vented water heater into a not so desirable location in s 160 year old house. Nick Mather is the BEST service/installation technician you have working for your company. Although Nick would not take the compliment being very humble and professional. I would recommend you model this into all of your technicians. Nick even said there room for him to improve to be more efficient more like the technician that trained him. He mentioned his name being Mike. These people are excellent examples for future service/installation technicians should strive to be. We are extremely happy with Nicks work and that makes us extremely happy to have Reliance Home Comfort our choice for our appliance Home Comfort business. Thank you again. The Brooks family

    AC Repair

    I’m on the Heat and Cool plan. Good value and the Tech today was very good and nice person. Provided feedback for both AC and heating future changes when required. Thanks

    Water Softner Consultation.

    We had a consultation with Vince regarding a water softener. He tested our water and went over the results. Vince was very helpful. I would highly recommend Vince as a Reliance advisor.

    Fast responses to air conditioner problems

    May 2018: Our air conditioner would not start. We phoned Reliance at 7 p.m. on Thursday, and it was fixed before noon on Friday. Cost for repair: zero. September 2015: The air conditioner at our old address would not start. We phoned Reliance at about 6:00 p.m. on Monday, and it was fixed the next day. The air conditioner required a $300 part, but the cost to us was zero. Great service!

    New AC

    After calling several other smaller local companies with no luck due to our HV furnace, I called Reliance and Sam was sent out. He walked through all the options and had a good look at our set up. He was confident they could do the job and 2 days after making the decision the AC was installed by Amir and Randy. They were very clean and tidy and super careful with our brand new carpet. Amir walked me through using the the AC unit to its next ability and the house is now getting cooler just in time for a hot weekend.

    AC Service

    Service worker was professional and fast! Arrived on time & very friendly. He took the time to answer any and all questions, did not rush and did a great job!

    Very Happy with Reliance

    Rebecca Buchanan our sales rep was great and she listened to all of my needs. The installers were great too and did a very thorough and clean job! I’ll use them again any time!

    Air conditioner repair

    Called re air conditioner problem. Arrived within a couple of hours and was looked after by very professional service rep. Could not be happier! Definitely picked the right company for service.

    Sal (Air Conditioning Problem)

    I called Reliance for an under warranty problem with my Air Conditioner. They were good to deal with and dispatched technician Gabriel Fazzolari. Gabriel diagnosed the problem very quickly, got the parts he needed and made the repair to my complete satisfaction. Gabriel phoned before he came, showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. Not to mention that he is extremely knowledgeable, as he pointed out a couple of other things to my wife. Same technician fixed another problem I had with my pulser humidifier last fall and once again did a great job. Thanks Gabriel for a job well done.
