    Hvac unit

    I was upset with the "next day install" gimic with loopholes that make it vertually obsolete. Typical corporate bs like any other gimic to get the customer in the door. The local sales rep I had was the only bright side of my recent Reliance dealing. He was personable and a breeze to deal with. Answered all my questions and made sure I was making a decision I would be happy with. If it wasnt for him I would of probably gone with another company. Big wigs should take note of their ground level people like this who actually make their company function.

    Problem with cooling

    Really fantastic service. I called the Reliance customer service on Wednesday and they gave an appointment of Friday evening. Their representative Mr. Manjeet called me 20 minutes before coming to our home. He reached within the time mentioned above. Once he entered the basement he immediately started reviewing the issue. And he genuinely investigated and sorted the issue in next 10 minutes. He also advised me what are the precautions we should be taking so that we can avoid such issues in future. I am really impressed with the knowledge and concerns Mr Manjeet showed about the rams he was handling. Without wasting his time and mine time he was off to his next 2 appointment to make them comfortable. 10 out of 10 to Mr. Manjeet and Reliance Home Comfort ?

    Appointment for air conditioner repair

    Appointment was made, and confirmed with reliance. The morning of the appointment got an email telling me they were coming from 7-11. I called them at 11:30 to confirm they were still coming since they were late and they told me they had to reschedule! Spoke with customer service. No resolution. Bad business to work with. Cancelled my rental heater because I refuse to work with a company that can’t fulfill their promises to customers .

    Water disaster

    As a new Reliance Home Comfort customer, I’m not impressed. Monday - had a service person in to check an issue with my water heater and was told to call Reliance to book an appt to have unit replaced. Called about 20 times and kept getting busy signal (if you can’t invest in a quality phone system, it would be great if you at least put some kind of messaging on your website). Then I tried submitting a ticket online, no response. Finally got through to book an appt. Tuesday - an advisor came to talk about a softener and RO system. The pitch sounded good so I agreed. Wednesday - the plumber who came to install the softener and RO unit hums and haws, then tells me it’s going to be an additional $150-300 to do the install. The ‘advisor’ never said anything about the potential of additional fees, and when I questioned them on it, they could only provide a measly credit. Needing my water up and running, I decided to proceed with the install. (The 2 other folks who came to install the water heater were great). 2 hours after the plumber leaves, my RO unit is leaking all over the basement floor. I call the support line, request a callback, speak to a representative, she says she needs to check something with her manager and will call me back. That doesn’t happen. I call again and request another callback. Someone else calls me. I explain the leak and ask to have someone come and fix ASAP. She tries to get me to check the filters for leaks. I explain 3 times that it’s not the filter. I can see the leak and it’s nowhere near the filter. Finally, the best appt I can get is a day and a half later. It’s still not fixed. Oh and my softened water tastes like it’s filled with pounds of salt. Guess that wasn’t done right either. If you’re considering using services from Reliance, I’d stay far, far away.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Recently a air conditioner technician visited my residence on 28 May 2018. His name is Manjeet ID RCOSA200 it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was courteous and very pleasant to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem within seconds. His expertise surprised me as he was able to rectify my problem just by looking at it. It was quick and I was worried before he arrived that the problem would never get rectified. It took him just seconds to fix it. Thanks again for such prompt service.

    AC Unit

    New AC unit

    Very impressed at how easy it is to do business with Reliance staff. Online booking , easy and they show up on time. Sales rep outstanding ( Lina ), very professional, new her products and great customer service. The installers called and showed up on time, very efficient and clean! I would highly recommend reliance home comfort for any of their products , services based on my customer experience.

    Great Customer Service!

    Erez Abergil, technician came to fix our air conditioner. He was efficient and honest with what needed to b done. He came when he said he would come and got the job done quickly. Penny, also from Reliance restored my faith in the company's great customer service. She ensured that the work order gets completed when they said they would come out. Will definitely call Reliance again thanks to both Penny and Erez .

    Air conditioner

    We called Reliance Superior for an air conditioner and Neil showed up to our door. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel at ease. He gave us plenty of options and encouraged us to make the decision best for us. I would recommend the company, and Neil, to anyone!

    Furnace & AC replacement

    Betty Burton was our in home sales consultant. She gave us a competitive quote and answered all our questions. Matt M & Andy A were our installers. They arrived on time, removed the old system and installed the new one in one day. They were efficient and very professional. At the end off the day they cleaned up and you would never know they were even there. Matt explained the operation of the new system and answered all my questions. Great job guys!!
