    Service Call of our Air Conditioning Condensor Unit.

    Excellent Service called 3 pm Saturday Technician Came 8 am Following Morning Sunday. Identified and Rectified an Electrical Install Fault which affected Running of Air Conditioning Unit. Jason Polite & Professional Technician. Thank you.

    Hot Water Heater Valve Replacement

    Water Heater leakage yesterday prompted me to call Reliance. From the Customer Support Rep who was very polite to Sheldon the Technical Expert who went above and beyond to get things straightened out and working, we've been very, very satisfied. I wish all Customer Reps and Tech Workers were like them, Life would be made much easier and less stressful during a time of Urgency. Thanks to both of them and Reliance who hires such Professionals.

    replace furnace, water heater and A/C

    I highly recommend Reliance and its contractor of installation. Reliance onsite examination technician and sales representative-Paul and its contractor of installation team-Dan and Howard did very good job for helping me to figure out the issue, replace the leaking furnace, old water heater and A/C. They are efficient, professional and reliable.

    Air conditioner installation new home

    We had an ac unit installed today. We were very happy with the service, all installers were very professional and knowlegable. They showed up as scheduled, every aspect of the job was done as was discussed with the salesperson who was also knowledgeable, informative, and professional We would highly recommend Reliance to everyone.

    Reliable and dependable service

    Called Reliance to inspect my tankless water heater to make sure it was operating and performing properly, as it started making a louder than normal noise. Armin, the technician they sent, was very professional, courteous, and came on time. He resolved the issue, but also spent some extra time and care in making sure it was in peak operating condition. He also answered all of my numerous questions. This is my third service experience with Reliance over several years (humidifier, furnace, water heater), and each time not only have they been reliable and dependable, but they've been very friendly and courteous too! Thanks!

    Burst Pipe to Outside Faucet

    I joined the Reliance Plumbing Plan last year and have been very happy with the service. I have now had 4 calls to my home and each plumber has been excellent. Andrew was just here to fix the winterize faucet unit that was supposed to withstand winter conditions but didn't (this unit was not installed by Reliance). Luckily the unit only leaked water when the faucet was opened. Andrew quickly capped off the unit and I rescheduled an appointment for the next day to have a new outside faucet located off the furnace room so I could easily have an accessible shut off.     Air conditioner/ Furnace

    So happy with the work and Daniel Porier was amazing. The crew that came to do the work was so nice as well. So professional and clean. Kind and caring. I am so pleased.

    Hot water issue

    Very professional and knowledgeable service. We were having issue with hot water tank so after scheduling an appointment with expert we got a call before 15 minutes and the guy was on time.Nelson is very knowledgeable and happy to help.He gave complete overview of the situation and also what to do in future and how reliance can help. ...Definitely Recommended!!!

    Water heater quote and review

    Very professional man came to go over our new water heater- very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me understand difference between our previous and new water heater. Prompt and kept the visit to a good duration. Very pleased!

    Water equipment service

    Jason was the repair tech. He was so courteous and professional. He fixed the problem (reason for the service call) and went above and beyond. He addressed issues I said I was concerned about (water being too hot with an infant in the house) which were not part of the service call. He took the time to explain things, and was quick, and on time. He was wonderful, I would request him every time.
