We had a new H/E Furnace and Air conditioner installed Oct. 2017. Furnace filter indicated maintenance required - about 6 mos. early. Service visit revealed that the filter was severely dirty and in need of replacement. That job was done quickly in 10 mins. and the tech, Gabriel, was very patient and helpful in teaching this new owner some useful info. TEN STARS for that. Eight stars because GETTING an appt. seems to take about 2-3-4 weeks. So. the workforce must be quite busy. My first two encounters with customer service were a bit confusing. Otherwise I'm quite pleased.

We had a leaky sink, a leaky hose water shut off and a toilet that was slow to fill. Keelan G was the plumber that came to our house and fixed everything. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to fix all of the issues. His communication was great. We have the plumbing protection plan and all of the work was covered by it. We called to make an appointment and 1 day later they came and did the work.

Excellent service . I will recommend them for anyone who is looking for a furnace ir boiler . Were on time and very friendly and answered all the questions very clearly.

I am very disappointed with Reliance in general as it took three technicians to get my hot water tank running again. The first two did not know what the problem was, but thankfully Ringo (the third technician) was able to save the day. He was fantastic. Ringo was very learned on the problem and knew immediately how to resolve the issue. He even spent an extra 30 minutes to wait until the problem was resolved, unlike the previous two - whose names I didn’t get because they left so quickly! Ringo is the man, and he definitely knows what he’s doing. He deserves a raise, bonus, and promotion. Great guy. Friendly, and he cares. Thank you, Ringo.

I would give negative stars if I could ,(HOUSE WAS FILLED WITH NATURAL GAS FOR 3 DAYS and Carbon Monoxide) The technician came to our house on Friday to install a water Heater, after not having enough man power for the install, I had to help carry the old water heater up the stairs and the new one down the stairs, as it was too heavy for him to carry alone. His pump for draining the heater was broken so I had to dump Rubbermaid buckets full of water in the the sink with the help of the gentlemen. When my wife asked what he would have done if it was just her home he said he would have left the the water heater downstairs. I asked him if he could put some caulking around the hole he drilled for the vent and he said his boss didn't give him a Caulking gun so he couldn't. After he was done my wife smelled natural as did I and we asked him but he said it was because he had the pipes open, he checked some spots for some leaks after I gave him some soap and water but didn't find any. He left the house and so did we for a few days for the weekend to visit family. When we arrived home on Sunday night the house had been filling with Natural Gas My wife and 12 week old daughter walked in the house and could smell it so bad we started to get dizzy. I called Reliance and they transferred me to Union Gas who told us to pretty much run out of the house, I sent my wife and Newborn to a Hotel for the night. the Union Gas technician showed up and found multiple infractions with the install, they shut the gas off found the leak and noticed the vent was not glued on the water heater so not only was my house filling with gas but also Carbon Monoxide, had we stayed home for the weekend who knows what would have happened, its frightening to think about. The gas leak was on the pipe the original technician was working on but seemed to not care about the safety of the clients new born baby and family. Reliance showed up and again with an actually Reliance technician (Mark ID 1655) he fixed everything up to spec and got us up and running, everything looks very well done and he fixed all the subcontractors mistakes that were made on Friday ,Glued the pipe, re ran the copper piping, caulked the hole in the wall (You could tell Mark took his job seriously). But We are super upset with how this was dealt with My family had our lives put at risk by this original contractor, our house could have been blown up with us inside it. We could have been poisoned by Carbon Monoxide. Nobody seems to be accountable, I called Reliance and asked for a supervisor, they said the would call me in 15 minutes, nobody called me. I Will be speaking with a lawyer if I do not hear something back soon as this was unacceptable.

Our unit was showing EC Error which meant there was a coolant leakage. We called reliance and a repairman (Dave) was sent. Our unit was assessed and fixed quickly. Dave was efficient and explained what he was doing every step. Very helpful. I am glad we have this service. Would recommend this company.

Very professional. Explained the problem and repaired it. Explained that the age of the tank may be a concern in the near future and recommended replacing it. Also showed me where there could be other concerns. Everything explained clearly and in understandable language. Also explained the services they provide such as now they offer plumbing services.
