    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Kristin is great! She showed me things about the furnace, and air conditioner I didn't know. It was a learning experience. Nice to deal with a knowledgeable and skilled person. After several problems with this furnace, she came three years ago and I haven't had a problem the last three. I always ask for her.

    Excellent Customer Service

    Momo is an advisor who came to my home today, as I required a quote for an air conditioner. He was a very caring and understanding person, who went above and beyond.

    Repair of water heater

    We had a leak of our humidity system that caused a severe amount of damage to our water heater. The repairman who came was very friendly, smart and efficient. I would highly recommend this company, the repairman who came today was top notch.

    Replaced my leaking hot water tank.

    The team that showed up did a quick replacement, were friendly and respected my home and animals. Adam took care of the problem & was pleasant to deal with. Tech#3755

    Package Rheem Furnance &AC

    I’m very please with Relaince fast and efficient service from the initial trouble call to the sales agent and the installers. The installers Matt, Derek and Dustin were efficient at doing there job to cleanup and explaining the use of our new system. They answered all my question and I am very statisfied and have a peace of mind when it come to Reliance Home Comfort Systems. Thanks you Reliance Curtis Holland-Lasalle, ON

    AC Repair

    Called Reliance yesterday as they had done a great job installing my on demand hot water system a month ago and my AC was not working and previous dealings with the company that had installed it were not good. They send Brian out this morning and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A great experience -- I'm calling them now to get them to come clean my furnace as it is overdue for a good duct cleaning. They did some plumbing work for me a month ago too that was really great. Just a good company with knowledgeable staff.

    Renew furnace and air conditioner

    Found installers to be very professional,pleasant,and knowledgable. Site left in a very neat condition and a full explanation of the sys tem and thermostat was given. Jason is a very courteous and professional representative of the company. Ken and Heather Spriggs

    service

    I have a maintenance package with Reliance. My water heater was not working so I called for service. After trying to change the thermal detector 3 times without success, I was told I needed a new valve. After this did not work I was told I would they would replace the unit since it is a rental. The tech told me I needed a chimney insert as well. I was in a panic as to what the cost might be. Mark was the tech who came to install my new water heater. What a wonderful man! He told me I did not need an chimney insert as there was already one in the chimney. He made my day! Not only was he friendly and courteous, he save me worry and expense. He was efficient in completing the job and there was no clean up whatsoever. Reliance should count themselves lucky to have Mark in their employ. Great job Mark! I am in deed in your debt.     Hot water tank not working after storm

    Technician Jacob was very polite, friendly and efficient. He identified the problem and proceeded to do the repairs needed. I was very impressed with Jacob and he definitely deserves a 10+.

    Wind storm May 4,2018

    Service call ID 433471 arrived promptly to service my fireplace. He demonstrated how to set the pilot light and explained the pros and cons of keeping the pilot light on all year long. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks You for all your help and great advise.
