    Bathroom faucet Leak

    Noticed the faucet to the main bathroom tub dripping. Called to arrange a service tech to repair. Matt arrived promptly the next morning and was very polite and courteous. Had the faucet repaired and working with no leaks within the hour. No more drip...drip! Hooray!

    New furnace/air conditioner

    We recently had our furnace breakdown and had to replace it along with the air conditioner. We had the maintenance plan with Reliance and they have always been good with their service. Technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable. For the new furnace, we had an appointment with Jason. I have to say we were very impressed. He explained everything and gave us time to decide and even provided us with a space heater to help with some heat. The install was done the next day and Jason came as well to check on things. Everything went well and we were very pleased. Excellent service.

    Changing Furnace

    Enjoying my new furnace.. I needed a new furnace and the day landed on a holiday. . But sam and his crew helped us out .. sam thank you again

    Reliance Home Comfort Employee of the Year, Brian, burlington

    We have had an ongoing issue with our rental water heater. It had to be changed. The previous guys then sent out were contracted by home reliance. They switched out a fifty gallon tank for a forty gallon tank and left a mess. Today, after complaining of not enough hot water, Reliance sent out a Reliance tech who was professional, polite and tidy. He switched out our new forty gallon tank for the correct fifty gallon tank the way it used to be. No more sub contractors for me. Send me your guys or nobody! Thanks Brian , excellent service.

    Replaced Water Heater

    Bryan (#2320) out of Cambridge Reliance Home Comfort replaced my leaking rented water heater. He was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. There was no cost to me because I rented the appliance. Thank you for your excellent service, Bryan and Reliance Home Comfort. By the way, this is the first time I have needed any service repairs or replacements for 12 years. Excellent products and service.

    Water and heater

    The service was very satisfied and he explained the situation to me in a very clear way. The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He also followed up with me through a phone call.

    Water heater installation

    We just had a replacement hot water heater installed by Patrick and we were so impressed by his professionalism, what what a great job he did. He protected our home by putting down drop sheets and was so carefull removing the old unit and bringing the new one in. Very tidy work and clean up and was also very friendly, great job Patrick!     Worst service and installation...unbelievable!

    I contacted Reliance for a new electric hot water tank installation. The installation took two complete days to install. Repeatedly leaking fittings, damage to our floor, I had to carry the tank into our basement with the installer and two weeks after the installation I checked our sump pump and the installer had not ensured the pump was replaced properly and luckily I noticed this before our basement flooded. No call back from J#|ie or any of the managers...worst service ever. No I just received the $128.74 installation invoice. J

    Fantastic, LITERALLY reliable service

    We called on Easter Sunday on the off chance we could get an appointment for our fledgling furnace and it was fixed on Easter Monday accommodating my work schedule! The service is always amazing but Jason was particularly great, we recently bought an older investment property and are in the process of buying this one so these things are really important and stressful for us. Jason took the time to explain the current issue, give us advice about our options down the line for both properties, the best service plans and how best to prepare for the dreaded furnace replacement down the line. I love your company and will recommend your services to everyone. Thank you.

    COMPLAINT

    i OBTAINED A MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR THE PLUMBING .i CALLED TEH TECH FOR THE FIRST REPAIR.hE INSPECTED AND WANTED ME TO SPEAK TO THE SUPPLIER AND GET THE PART.THIS WAS A SHOWER HANDLE. I TRIED TO CALL THE SUPPLIER AND THEY WANTED TO WAIT TO SPEK TO AN AGENT AND THE AWAITING TIME WAS 2 HOURS +.i SOKE AGAIN TO TEH COMPANY THEY WERE HAPPY TO CANCELL THE CON TRACT AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME TO THAT DATE.i CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND MY ISSUE WAS NOT WITH THE SHOWER HANDLE BUT WITH THE CATRIDGE INSIDE.I PAIS FOR THE PART 165 AND GOT IT DONE.
