    COMPLAINT

    i OBTAINED A MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR THE PLUMBING .i CALLED TEH TECH FOR THE FIRST REPAIR.hE INSPECTED AND WANTED ME TO SPEAK TO THE SUPPLIER AND GET THE PART.THIS WAS A SHOWER HANDLE. I TRIED TO CALL THE SUPPLIER AND THEY WANTED TO WAIT TO SPEK TO AN AGENT AND THE AWAITING TIME WAS 2 HOURS +.i SOKE AGAIN TO TEH COMPANY THEY WERE HAPPY TO CANCELL THE CON TRACT AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME TO THAT DATE.i CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND MY ISSUE WAS NOT WITH THE SHOWER HANDLE BUT WITH THE CATRIDGE INSIDE.I PAIS FOR THE PART 165 AND GOT IT DONE.

    Great service

    We lost our hot water on Easter Sunday. The technician arrived promptly. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We were back in business within minutes. The service was excellent, even on a holiday weekend.

    Furnace Maintenance

    I had my annual maintenance on my furnace. Technician called in 30mins before arrival. Technician was courteous and nice. Service was quick - my furnace is quite new so it is still clean and had no issues.

    New furnance

    Had Justin come by to look at our water heater.He was professional ,personable and knowledgeable in his work.He told us of a great promotion on furnance that the company was having and after looking into it we had David Westwood come by to seal the deal.Very impressed with the service to date and with the company's warranties and guareentees.The work is scheduled for the new furnance in the first week of April.I will continue with an updated review after the work is done.So far I am impressed with the return calls ,the answering of follow up questions and professional service.

    Service

    Gabriel did a great job maintaining my furnace. He was very professional and helpful. Service is always great. I don’t have a problem recommending reliance to my family and friends.

    good customer service

    Danny was very helpful and kind. He helped me to understand the product and I actually accepted his offer. Monday our equipment will be installed, which is faster than expected.

    Sale & Installation of Furnace, Water Heater & Humidifier

    Very satisfied with customer representative Ben Freeman. Very courteous, knowledgeable about the products and answered all questions. He was a pleasure and very personable. The installers were knowledgeable of the product and did a very good job. All certainly have my recommendation. Doug & Sharon Rowsome

    Furnace, Air Conditioning and Tankless water heater

    Ben the sales representative and all of the install team were very professional. As a former HVAC technician I would recommend Kingston Reliance Home Heating and Cooling to anyone! Thanks to everyone involved.

    Furnace

    Our furnace was not working. Reliance had a technician at our house within an hour of calling. Our technician, Thava, was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very happy with his service.

    Furnace central air unit

    I had the Reliance team in to install a new furnace and central air conditioning unit through their rental program. I was pleased with how helpful and courteous the salesperson was, and how quick and efficiently the installers did their job. It’s nice to have the peace of mind knowing that if any issues were to crop up in the future they will take care of things quickly. I would definitely recommend their services.
