    water heater and furnance check

    Mike called to advise that he was on his way. He arrived right on the dot. Big points for him already. He explained what he was checking for and help me understand the products. He advised me of a protection plan that we are now interested in. Package to follow. He was friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable and most of all got the job done efficiently. An EXCELLENT tech visit experience. Exceeded our expectations. Oh by the way the front end call left much to be desired. Perhaps the service rep was new or untrained. slow to answer. Had to check off line. On the phone about 40 minutes and sent to techs to the same residence at different times. Mike fixed it by addressing both products.

    New air conditioner

    Jordan and Shawn were very friendly. They answered all my questions. They left my house the way they found it. Working in the cold and snow must've been hard for them but they did it without complaining. Every time I've had Reliance here they have done impeccable work, I would highly recommend them.

    Air Conditioner replacement

    Jason was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and patient and spent quite a bit of time with me to ensure the right decision was made for a replacement air conditioner. Brendan & Len came in this morning to install it and I was pleased with the service. They made sure they put drop cloths down on my floors and explained what they did and why. Everything was cleaned up when they left and you wouldn't even know they had been here. I am more than satisified. I can't wait for the warmer weather so I can take advantage of my new unit. Thank you all for making this a painless experience.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    John came to replace our hot water tank and was in and out within an hour. We took over the hot water tank rental when we purchased the home three years ago. This was my first experience with Reliance and their prompt professional service is truly appreciated! It gives me ease of mind knowing there is no need to worry about my home when working with companies like Reliance and their awesome employees like John! Thank you!

    Great service and great customer care

    Luciano, Kyle, and Jordan made an uncomfortable time much better. I came home to a broken furnace and these guys did an awesome job of quickly and painlessly installing my new furnace and ac. They walked me through the process, explained everything, left a super tidy work area. Overall a huge thank you ??

    Top notch service all the time.

    We just purchased a new furnace through Reliance with Tori. She is very informed and professional. We feel very secure with what is being installed through her suggestions. The whole Reliance crew has gone beyond our expectations for years. They kept our old furnace and AC going forever. Thanks guys for keeping us warm and cool when it counts.

    David was very helpful came out fast and was able to set us up. Also provided numbers for follow up. Also fixed several things that were never running properly. Thanks

    New furnace installed

    Excellent service. Very fast. Great people to deal with,serviceman,salesman,and installers. Very nice neat,clean and professional workmanship. 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend reliance to anyone. Very professional people tp deal with.

    New tankless water

    In consideration of privacy I will not gives names ~ Reliance guys were professional with pleasent personality, giving a security comfort . Great job done within decent time frame & I feel they went the extra mile ~

    Service

    Mar 4- Had a great service person named Steve come to complete the yearly inspection and service. He had to inform me he had to shut off the gas for safety and our furnance was on it's way out due to the corrosion. He was having difficulty breaking the bads new but was very kind and friendly. He was knowledgable and explained it all to me with pictures and by showing me on the furnance. He quickley organized with sales at my request to get someone out right away so we would not be without heat for too long. He was able to get my favourite sales person out within the hour Amy Anders and the installation organized for the next day
