    Plumbing issues

    I’m reliance customer for many years with HVAC and plumbing plans. My last call to reliance to deal with some plumbing issues was very well done. Mostly it was motivation of the plumbing specialist who was eager to fix the issues and was very knowledgeable and good to chat with

    fast service. well informed tech.

    fast service. well informed tech. called to fix my heater and tech did a great job. awesome service. friendly personnel. will request the same guy to come back yo look at our system.

    Service

    My mom, who’s 97, has been very concerned about the safety of her gas furnace and we couldn’t reassure her. We called Reliance and Norm made a service call. He was thorough and took the time to explain that he’d checked out her furnace and that it was working safely. In addition, Norm took the time to program her thermostat for her desired daytime and nighttime settings so she wouldn’t have to worry about this, either. Norm also wore his “slippers” in the house and, there was no charge for the call. :)

    Service

    Eric was very friendly and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to have stop by and made a scenario that is often uncomfortable for us a very pleasurable experience. Thanks - Dustin

    Installation

    The installers did a fantastic job installing two toilets. You would never know that a job was completed as they left the area as clean as they found it. Really appreciate that they took the old toilets away. I would highly recommend Corey and Phil. Nice guys with a sense of humour.

    Service call for rental water heater

    Woke up to a failed water heater. Called Reliance around 10 am. Technicians Josh and Marshall arrived in about an hour and replaced the gas valve and had the heater running again by noon. Very professional and courteous team. Took time to explain what they were doing.

    replaced my water heater

    The water heater I was renting from Reliance had served me well for 20 years. This weekend there was a water leak &later I smelled gas & it stopped working. After calling the local gas company, Reliance sent someone out within the day, & he replaced the water heater with no problem. I'm looking forward to many more years of good service.

    Furnace and air conditioner replacement

    Service was friendly and efficient. Our initial service call tech arrived right away and was very helpful. Our salesperson took the time to explain all of the options and features. The installers were in and out. We were pleased with the work.

    water heater and furnance check

    Mike called to advise that he was on his way. He arrived right on the dot. Big points for him already. He explained what he was checking for and help me understand the products. He advised me of a protection plan that we are now interested in. Package to follow. He was friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable and most of all got the job done efficiently. An EXCELLENT tech visit experience. Exceeded our expectations. Oh by the way the front end call left much to be desired. Perhaps the service rep was new or untrained. slow to answer. Had to check off line. On the phone about 40 minutes and sent to techs to the same residence at different times. Mike fixed it by addressing both products.
