    Emergency furnace removal and installation

    I am very impressed with Reliance service technicians Amir and Randy who removed my old furnace, scouted a new vent location, drilled it, fit the vent pipes, custom fit unit pieces where necessary, cleaned the A/C coils while they had access and installed the new furnace and thermostat. They did all this in approximately 3 hours. Amir and Randy were extremely courteous, very conscious of keeping areas clean and Amir walked me through every step, providing a very good summary of what they did and how to operate the new furnace. Sam D'Alelio was the advisor on the sale and was also very impressive, understanding how much I could afford and walking me through all the options available to me. Sam made himself available throughout the weekend. Courteous, professional, clean and efficient makes for a happy customer.

    Great work

    I just had a furnace, water heater and A/C installed The installers were very friendly and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything. I recommend them highly to anyone.

    cory was amazing

    With our tank needing replacing and our lines needing to be flushed, it required a few visits. cory, a plumber with reliance was fantastic, and patient and understood our concerns and needs

    New furnace and hot water tank installation

    Returned home from vacation at 2am, to a cold home and non functioning furnace. Called the 24 hr number and was told that someone would call in the morning. They held good to their word and within the next day, had a service technician, sales rep and team of installers install a new furnace and hot water tank.     Repairs

    I had an issue with the furnace. The drain was blocked and was backing up water into the system. I had a few people try to fix it. The last service technician Shawn was very helpful. He was able to address the issue and troubleshoot what was causing the furnace to continually shut off. I am very pleased with his work. He is very skilled at what he does.     Service for the furnace

    The service man was very polite. Answered all my questions, gave me suggestions which we’re helpful. He put on boot covers (we had several inches of snow on the ground)

    Very happy with service today

    Jacob was very professional. He arrived as per his prior call, completed the service and made some adjustments to the themostat as I had requested. Thanks for the quick, courteous service, Jacob!!!

    New furnace

    Fan motor went on old furnace. Called reliance told them my story and they forward the information to a local person. Vince called that same night and came over.told him I was going to replace the furnace I picked out the furnace.he took all the information and measurements forwarded to they service department and they came the next day to replace the furnace......very happy

    Do not rent! If anything is broken they don fix problems

    4 years ago we got furnace from them. Never had any maintnance done, this January had failed part on furnace that caused frozen pipes and other damages. The customer service os waosting our time meanwhile we habe no water in the house. Never will and would not suggest to rent to anyone!!!! Finance your big appliance, you are better of dealing with you insurance than reliance. They should not even have that name!!!

    Repair of home water heater

    I called Reliance to report that my water heater was making a loud grinding noise whenever the heater started to reheat the water. This was audible even in the upstairs kitchen where the cupboards would vibrate. Reliance sent 2 repair men to the house the next day. They were both very personable and set about right away to diagnose the situation. The problem was with a faulty ball bearing in the motor and within 15 minutes they had replaced the motor. I couldn't be happier with work done and professionalism of the 2 repair men. Thanks Reliance.
