    Garage furnace

    Fast and friendly service but they charged my appointment time and did not inform the inspector otherwise good experience very friendly and professional people job done nicely Installer was experienced and professional Job done quickly and correctly would recommend Reliance to friends

    Kevin was Great

    My 94 year old mother's furnace (which was installed by another supplier) shut down one late Saturday night. We called Reliance and they had a service person there first thing Sunday morning. He was a very professional gentleman, went over the issues and provided a couple of options. Later that day, we had a Kevin Najmabadi to explain the options of purchasing / renting a new furnace. He answered and explained everything in very simple details making it extremely easy to follow. I explained to Kevin that my mother was 94 years old and we needed to get the furnace as soon as possible. He promised us someone there between 8:00am and 10:00am the following morning. By 9:00am, the installers were there. By noon they were gone and by about 2:00pm the house was heated to a comfortable level. Thank you to the service person that was there so quickly, to Kevin for an excellent job in explaining our options and to the installers for their quick, tidy work. I highly recommend this company (and already have) to anyone that is looking for a new furnace and excellent service to go along with it. Bernie Brunino

    Hot water tank replacement

    Mark Chevalier was great! Went above and beyond and we are very satisfied with his work. He was polite, efficient, and answered all of our questions. Would recommend him to anyone.

    Water softner

    The installer was great the sales rep was great the overall cost for a 60 000 grain softner was over 3000 dollars and thats overpriced from what i have searched but you can pay by month which is really helpful when on a budget.

    Furnace stopped working!

    Our furnace kept stopping and we called Reliance. We received same day service. Andrew came and explained the options, helped set us up with the best option. We got the furnace replaced the next day and Andrew came by to ensure everything was on track! Amazing customer service and the technicians who came did a great job installing everything and explaining how to use the equipment. Thank you Andrew and the rest of the Reliance team!

    Furnace repair

    Furnace broker down last night. Called rwrliancr in there morning and a service man was here in an hour. Service was fast and thr tchnician was really nice to me. Overall it was great

    New furnace

    Excellent meeting with Tyler. He was very professional and explained all of our options and we purchased a new furnace. Tyler arranged financing and installation. I will definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort.

    Furnace service

    We have the comfort protection plan so, our visit was at no cost. The technical expert, Marcel id#110465, was very professional and diplomatic about the fact that we should replace our 28yr old furnace. We are fortunate that the furnace is working okay as Marcel suggested. I appreciate the information he provided about our options and about heating and cooling in general. Thank you

    Furnace replacement

    Your salesperson, Jamey Kloostra, was such a help from start to finish, and we really appreciated all his help. Thank you Jamey and thank you Reliance. We are so happy with everything and would recommend Jamey to anyone looking for an upgrade from their current furnace.

    Water softener

    I am so disappointed with the initial installations and customer service. The sub-contractor, that was sent to install our water softener, had no interest in doing the right thing for our needs or requirements. He was only interested, in getting the job done, INCORRECTLY and quickly. It took, him. 3+ hours to install it, improperly, in the wrong spot and without any of the proper cold water supply! The timer/clock wasn't even set correctly! It was just ignored. We have had, a plumber in and a water/sewer expert in, before your technicians, to rectified the issues. When we called, about our concerns, you were great, sent out the proper people, to rectify our issues. 2 weeks later, however. That is why you got 2 stars on satisfaction. Your technician's, you sent out, to assess the problems, recognized the issues, fixed them instantly and everything forward, has been great.. He moved the water softener, to the water main and had it reconnected, within 1.5 hours. In doing so, they had to plumb in the softener correctly, to the water main, disconnect the softener from the place it was initially installed as well as make sure everything was working correctly. That include, walking us through the process as well as setting the timer and clock. All while correcting all the installation done previously wrong, from the initial, installation! Furthermore, there is an in-discrepancy for our initial billing information, that we have tried, numerous times to correct, about our hot water tank. This has not been addressed, either. We have called numerous times, to no avail! You are an extremely difficult company, to work with. Simplify your issues, with your subcontracting policies, I would suggest, you use your inhouse people to install your products, properly the first time. Sincerely yours Shawn Price
