Hi dear, My name is manpreet virdi and I had a very bad experiance with your services as I recently moved in this new house ( 5 everingham circ Brampton ont l6r0r6) I called earlier that I don’t get enough hot water as a technician came in and told me that is a plumbing issue I called in plumber and he checked he said everything is fine and he charged me $150 for coming in and checking it but few days later my tank was leaking and damaged my whole wood floor which I need to replace the floor thats gone cost me more than $4000 and and now they put a new water heater because the old one was damaged the guy who came to check first didn’t even check the it didn’t even check anything just said its a plumbing issue and left which happened because of the wrong information given by your technician if the first one would have checked that properly I would not have to pay to plumber and my floor is going to be fine at my previous home I had services with ever care I called them at nite and my water heater was replace next early morning I don’t even have to wait for a day. With your services I have to wait for 4 days to get hot water very bad services. even though your tech wrote about the wood floor damage as he saws it. I want you guys to replace my floor and pay me back for whatever I had paid to the plumber. And need to be fixed as soon as possible Thanks, Manpreet virdi 6477603700

Great service. Professional, fast and clean. We called for service and our water heater was fixed the same day. Mike did a great job . Very happy with our service call.

We had trouble with our 10 year old Carrier Furnace purchased and installed by a local business. Our furnace failed due to improper installation. We called Reliance to service the furnace, the problems were reported to us and the gas had to be shut off. Very quickly and Reliance advisor visited us the same day and our new furnace and air conditioner was installed the next day. Everything was installed efficiently and professionally.

Furnace was not working. (Friday 4 pm) Tech came and said control board and ignition need to be replaced. (Sat 5 pm) Customer care told it will take 24-48 hours to get the part and then you can call us back for tech to come (Approx Sun-Mon end of day) Tech to fix it (Approx Tuesday end of day) In mid winter temperature -10/-15 this is the level of service you get. There is no emergency team or they deal with all issues as business as usual.... I would not recommend this company at all...Stay away from them if you can.

Chris H 110084 was extremely professional, did an absolutely fabulous job. I would certainly give him all 10's. I chose to pay monthly for this service thankfully and therefor today was no charge. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience. I would recommend Chris H.

Reliance should be proud to have Dan (Home Comfort Advisor), Rob and Tom (Installers). These 3 guys were fantastic from start to finish. I will recommend Reliance and these 3 team members to anyone in the market for Reliance products or services. Thanks again guys for all your hard work (even while installing the air conditioner in sub-zero temperatures!).

The two professional installers were awesome, we had conversations about different things and good thing cause I like to talk and watch how they install the unites. When I had questions they would go out of there way to answer them. It really looks like they like there jobs and they make a great team. They even showed me how everything operates and gave me some important safety tips for my central air that will protect my kids and not damage the unit. My wife even said they were very polite and courteous. Thank you very much guys. Sincerely Ron

Im writing this review because i am very satisfied with your services. I am now able to enjoy my holidays with hot water! Thank you matt robillard for being very efficient on the job. He was a very polite young man. Nothing stopped him even when a problem occured he was able to fix it. I will definitely recommend reliance to friends and family.
