    New Furnace

    The bearings were very noisy in the motor of our furnace and rather than repair it again I decided to get quotes on a replacement being the furnace was 37 years old. I chose to go with Reliance because their sales rep Corey was personable and professional. Even when the furnace I was quoted on was not in stock Corey was able to find something of equal value. Corey often went above & beyond to answer all my questions or concerns. When the installers arrived at the house they were very patient in waiting until we could gain access. If I could rate the installers they were also excellent as they had very little room to work with in the area the furnace was to be installed. When they left the job site the area was immaculate. Reliance was an excellent choice from start to finish.

    New furnace

    Great service friendly easy to get approved fast install great salesman and flexible time to look at your home very knowledgeable and provided great advice on which furnace to go with.

    Yearly maintenance service

    Margaret,the person who did the service on our equipment,was very knowledgeable,professional and everything she did was perfect,I will be asking for her servicing our equipment.We were very happy with her service.

    New Furance

    When I bought my house, it came with an ancient furnace. Called Reliance to see what options were available for me. Met with John and he walked me through everything Reliance had to offer. He was very helpful and professional, and made the whole shopping experience simple and convenient.

    New furnace instaa

    Braydon and Brandon came to my home to install a new high-efficiency furnace. It was very windy and snowing causing white out conditions. They got the job done professionally and very thorough in explaining the new furnace setup and thermostat. Thank you for enduring such nasty weather conditions.

    Customer service is the best

    I needed a new humidifier for my furnace and called Reliance. Ben came round the next day and walked me through the options, and then, the day after that, Brendan installed the unit. Turns out Brendan had installed my AC unit last summer. The three guys I've dealt with in the last year, Brendan the installer, Ben and Tyler (for the AC) were great, very open and friendly and willing to take extra time to walk me through both my decisions and the operation of the units. I like how fast the process was--with the humidifier I wanted it asap because I have pet birds, and they were on it. And they were just as fast last summer with the AC. But the main thing is how genuinely nice all three guys were, which made the process pleasant and says something about Reliance as an employer.

    check furnace and watertank

    Randy came out...very knowledgeable an polite..everything was good!did a thorough check on furnace and helped get us a newer watertank because my rental was corroded and 13 years old..good job.

    What good customer service is all about.

    I was very happy with my visit and he didn’t rush. I really felt he went the extra mile and that’s what good customer service is all about. He was running late because of the care he was taking with the customers before me and as soon as He arrived the first thing he did was Apologize. And I appreciated that. I Love Reliance’s technicians, they are very professional.

    Replacing hot water tank

    The technician Mike arrived within the advised timeline we were given. He was very professional and friendly and efficient. He ensured our floors were protected during the removal and installation of water tanks. Job well done.

    hot water heater serviced

    I called Reliance on Saturday regarding hot water not being as hot and because my gas usage was double what it was the same period last year. They said they would be at my house between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday. After waiting around 5 hours, I got a call at 2:20 p.m. saying they were backed up because one of the technicians had to go home and that they would come service my water heater the next day, Monday, between 1 pm and 5 p.m. Casey, the technician called around 2pm and said he would be at my house by in 10 minutes. He was at my place in ten minutes and was very polite and proceeded to clean up the heat sensor and the venter assembly, which was quite dirty. He said the flame, the gas pressure and the tank itself was fine. He said that cleaning the venter up should make things a little more efficient in terms of gas usage. We shall see. Casey was excellent from the moment he greeted me till he shook my hand and left.
