    a/c inspected and fixed

    Thorough inspection done by the technician, Jim. Explained the issue in detail to us. Went above and beyond any service we have had done before by other Reliance technicians. Jim was very methodical and took his time to make sure it was done right and working effectively before signing off on the work. We're very happy with the excellent job he did.

    Top notch service

    I was very pleased with our technician. He went above and beyond, explained everything to us. He walked through the humidifier and how that all worked, which he really didn't need to do. Overall, just very very pleased with our experience. Would highly recommend.

    great technician

    We have an old water heater that's always breaking and not a lot of technicians know how to work with this model. We were pleasantly surprised to get Diogo who was able to fix the issue super fast and saved us weeks of headache.

    plumbing

    We had a leaky pipe in our basement and the tech arrived on time and proceeded to fix the problem. He needed a part and left to get it and returned to fix it immediately. Excellent work done very efficiantly. the gentleman was very personable and easy to talk to! Did a great job!! Thank you!

    Excellent work, solved clogging problems. Explains very well for precautions.Knowledgeable person know his job very well.

    Failure products

    Stay away from this company. We bought our AC less than two years ago, and broke down. The guarantee was only for a year, but for a unit that cost almost $4,000.00 should had last much longer without a problem. Our last AC lasted 17 years. I will give ZERO starts if possible. Stay away from Reliance Home Comfort.

    Water softener installation and great advice on general maintenance

    Awesome service and price

    Rene was wonderful to deal with, you can tell he knows what hes talking about and genuinely cares about getting his client the best deal and service. Very down-to-earth and relatable, while still delivering professional and knowledgeable service. He beat the price I was quoted resulting in an unbelievable deal, with next day service. Had a new AC unit installed and running within 24 hours, with top notch service all around. Install techs were very professional, kind and quick. Will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

    Plumbing

    It was easy to book hit an appointment. The customer service representative was very attentive & managed to get me an appointment the same day. The plumber was very professional and pleasant, he was very good at what he does. I was happy with the service, it was excellent.
