    changed water heater!

    My water heater let go (rusted out of the bottom). Called and Ryan was at my house in 45 min. Two hours later, i had a new heater, all the mess was cleaned up. Ryan also explained to me the new equipment and how it works. Turned a bad start to the day into a terrific experience. Ryan was very polite, professional, and just did a great job.

    Furnace and A/C service

    Thorough inspection and testing performed on both A/C and heating systems. Parts replaced where necessary and recommendations made for routine maintenance to optimize performance. Technician did an excellent job and was very personable and friendly.

    gas furnace

    Very professional staff. Knowledgeable and respectful staff. Efficient service and they hauled away my old furnace at no extra cost. Their work area was left clean for which I am happy.

    Purchase of Furnace and Heatpump

    Cory sold the products to us. He patiently explained the value and workings of a new heat pump. He was polite and positive and did not use a hard sell approach which we appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

    Broken furnace.

    Furnace could not be fixed. Arranged new install next day. Very prompt service. Courteous salesman.

    Service maintenance

    Had great experience with Muhammad today. Very pleasant gentleman who was very informative and knows his job/role very well compared to some other guys that has come before. Great job!

    Service most excellent. Sean arrived within an hour of my call. Repair work completed in 1/2 hour. No cost to me since I have a repair contract with Reliance. Highly recommend this approach - takes the worry and cost out of plumbing services.

    Wouldn't sign up with them willingly

    Have a WH rental and furnace/ac maintenance plan with them. The tech that came out to do maintenance was great, but when we found an issue, their salesperson attempted high-pressure sales tactics to get us to make a purchase on the same day. They also tried to force a full system upgrade instead of the one item we needed. Overall, I'm looking into alternatives to get myself off their service entirely.
