Luciano Lavoie and Kyle Bowden the two professional HVAC installers from Reliance when above and beyond to ensure the new HVAC was installed like they were installing it in there own home. Attention to detail down to full instruction of the new NEST thermostat and all other equipment installed. If your lucky to get these two gentlemen to work on your home you will be looked after by the best in the business. Reliance you should be proud to have employees that care about the quality of work they do. Donna the sales rep was also a dream to deal with from start to finish very knowledgeable and gave great advice.

We had a good experience purchasing a new furnace and air conditioning unit from Reliance. We had a concern with the humidifier, and after addressing it up the line with Reliance, we were able to have the problem remedied and immediate attention.

31st oct woke up to a cold house , the furnace had quit , ofcourse I knew what it was , the igniter (been this 4 times over about 25years) , called Reliance , the next day a service person came , no its just worn out , little wonder after 25 years , the very next morning there rep showed up & Tiffany was great , we talked about the best way to go & after weighing my options I decided on renting , I was already paying approx $130 every 3 months for protection so the new one would only cost an extra $40 a month and no more $130 maintenance charges . The next morning the new furnace was installed by 2 great guys Mich & Vince , they were excellent , all in all a night mare turned into a nice warm house. Thank you all so much , I think the cooling and heating company were Superior heating & cooling , special thanks to Tiffany Felton .

The plumber came in time and was able to immediately identify the source of the leakage and replace broken parts. He also thanked me for letting him know that I turned the gas off, so that he can turn it back on.

Our rental water heater developed a leak and Reliance took care of it without fuss and replaced the unit. The service man (Brett) was polite and knowledgeable and worked quickly to get us back up and running.

Was promised by 2 Reliance AC techs that my AC repair was covered by my plan. 36C out and in the house. At the 11th hour after waiting 3 days to get the job done hottest week of the summer they demand $720 to finish the job because 2 valves were exempt for my plan. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A LONG-TERM RELIANCE CUSTOMER - NOT RIGHT!!

Our furnace needed replacing and Momcilo Zeremski was the Reliance Customer Service representative that assisted us in making our decision. Momo was patient and very informative about our options. We are extremely impressed by the level of customer service Reliance provided through Momo (and one of the reasons we decided on this company). We woke up to a lovely, warm house this morning and look forward to many years of reliable, efficient heating to come. Adam and Cam were the team that installed the furnace and they did an excellent job. Very personable, careful and kept everything very clean and organized. All in all, we are very happy with the service and the product.

Keeping it simple. Our tank was leaking, made the call, they were out the very next day. Did an inspection and it turned out we needed a new one. Mark the worker left and came back within the hour with a brand new tank. All is good. Did not pay a dime.. He was very pleasant to talk to and was a quick worker. So far we are very happy with our service. :)

Boiler went down, off for two days; had a service call from Reliance, the technician, Larry, was amazing, he displayed an above average level of diligence and professionalism, going out of his way to solve the problem and all concerns.
