I received excellent customer service from Brandon Pringle from Reliance yesterday. He guided me through the furnace selection process with ease. He helped me to get a furnace right away in my no heat emergency situation. I am looking forward to having my furnace installed today. I would highly recommend Brandon from Reliance for your future business.

So far, so good. The installers discovered asbestos near the old furnace and Reliance covered the cost of the removal. All dealings with the company have been courteous and the service prompt.

Our master bedroom ensuite toilet was making louder and louder noises when flushed and the water valve could not be shut off. Our tech, Dale was outstanding in that he notified us when he was arriving and found out the deficiency immediately. He replaced the flapper kit ie wax seal, fill valve, flapper, supply line and installed a new shut off valve. It is running fine now and Dale was very courteous and professional. It was a good experience.

Chris D. came this morning to fix my furnace! Amazing!!!! He was efficient found out exactly what the problem was and even changed my filter! Ready for the winter thanks Reliance! And big thank you to Chris D.!!

Excellent service by the service technician Shawn who found our defective heat exchanger. He promptly contacted Dan the home comfort advisor. Dan came in and advised us of the different products available. We were very impressed with both gentlemen and the install crew. Highly recommend Reliance to any of my friends and family.

Water tank repair needed on Friday but couldn't make it out until Saturday. My appointment on Saturday was from 8 to 1 and they didn't have the correct part so another day went by where I didn't have hot water. Water tank repair was supposed to happen on Sunday between eight and 11 but no one showed up and I called again I was told the appointment was now 8-1. Called again as no one showed up and was told my appointment was moved from 10 -2 pm. At this point no one has showed up and I have not had hot water for three days. Not good service would not recommend again really disappointed with such a big company

We were having issues with our new thermostat with the auto settings and the humidifier was not set on our furnace. Robert G. did our service call and was very professional and took care of all of our concerns. He even checked our hot water tank and cleaned it. His service was excellent!

It is not the first time this service man has been to the home. Seldom have I needed to call for service beyond the routine checks, but I trust the service will be excellent each time. All staff have been respectful, professional, clean and prompt, but this fellow is just one step above. Robert (11910) is worthy of recognition for his fine service. Thank you.

We were unhappy that it took 17 hours for a service technician to respond to our call about a lack of hot water. However when Julian did come to replace the control he was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If we need further service work, we’ll be sure to ask for him.

I had an issue with a shut off valve that was leaking gas. When I called about this matter, Reliance came over to check on it, in excellent time and fixed the issue right away. The technician was very friendly and I felt confident in the service and work he had provided. Very pleased with this experience!!
