I booked an appointment for a new water heater for October 6, 2017, needless to say, no one showed up. I called ,after waiting the four hours I was informed that a service guy was off sick and sorry no one was coming. A new appointment was booked for the following Friday. They came installed it, in 1/2 hour we would have hot water, and we did, in one hour we did not! I booked service for Monday morning, they showed up late, I missed work. He was pleasant and tired hard but after he left, no hot water! When I called I was informed that they would send an "superior" tech!! He was anything but, he was arrogant, had absolutely no idea what he was doing, wore his dirty boots through my house, blamed my plumbing, blamed my furnace, turned up the heat and declared his work finished, I kicked him out!!! I was very angry now, ready to kick the equipment out too. We had No Hot Water for 5 days Now!! I called Again for service and requested someone with experience with our type of system, to come on Wednesday . The service tech was pleasant, knowledgable, within 5 minutes he knew the problem. The installers had forgot to add a check valve. He came back today to finally fix this mess.
