DYlan Barnard came into my home and service my hot water tank. He was very pleasant guy. He gets top rating. He change the pressure valve and explained and showed me what and why water was dripping constant.

Thought I had a water tank leak Jeff from reliance called then arrived on schedule. Knowledgeable and helpful . Tank was fine looks like a drain issue Very helpful and informative Appreciate the help

Technician Chris was very professional and friendly. I am thoroughly satisfied with his work. He was very informative and patient while answering my questions. I definitely recommend Chris for furnace service he seemed knowledge and provided recommendations.

On top of that, he gracefully let us change our contract, to better fit our requirements. The team who came to install the furnace arrived on time, were friendly, provided top notch work, were self-reliant and efficient. They came, did what needed to be done and explained the system when they were finished. Overall, a great experience and we now have an ultra-high efficiency furnace, and a wifi-enabled thermostat. Very nice.

I booked an appointment for a new water heater for October 6, 2017, needless to say, no one showed up. I called ,after waiting the four hours I was informed that a service guy was off sick and sorry no one was coming. A new appointment was booked for the following Friday. They came installed it, in 1/2 hour we would have hot water, and we did, in one hour we did not! I booked service for Monday morning, they showed up late, I missed work. He was pleasant and tired hard but after he left, no hot water! When I called I was informed that they would send an "superior" tech!! He was anything but, he was arrogant, had absolutely no idea what he was doing, wore his dirty boots through my house, blamed my plumbing, blamed my furnace, turned up the heat and declared his work finished, I kicked him out!!! I was very angry now, ready to kick the equipment out too. We had No Hot Water for 5 days Now!! I called Again for service and requested someone with experience with our type of system, to come on Wednesday . The service tech was pleasant, knowledgable, within 5 minutes he knew the problem. The installers had forgot to add a check valve. He came back today to finally fix this mess.

Excellent customer service from my most recent visit as well as past visits. I am always given a thorough explanation and have my questions answered immediately. I have never been made to feel like I don't matter. I am a very satisfied customer.

I’m not sure the exact cost of the job but my landlord sent reliance out to look at our hot water after being out for 4 days. When Mark Chevalier (0245) arrived we knew right away the job was going to get done he was polite through looked over ecerything and found that our tank was unsafe. He called to have a replacement tank sent over immediately because he didn’t have a smaller tank on the truck. When he Was informed that nobody could bring us one he left his tools and went to the storage to go and get us one. We went out and when we came home we had hot water and a new tank. We are so satisfied with Marks service to us we could not have asked for a better more polite hardworking person so before we left we asked if we could get his name to call his boss and he gave us a card to write a review here.
