Vince Rakovich was the representative who originally came to our house to discuss installing a water softener system. Upon review of our basement, he determined that we would need extra piping for the softener to be installed at a cost to us. We decided not to go forward with the softener, however, after talking to us and discussing our needs, Vince suggested we go with the reverse osmosis system. We were really happy, because it was exactly what we were looking for. He listened to our needs and met them. We are very pleased with his service and would recommend him to others.

Realized we didn't have hot water at 5 pm tonight, called Reliance 5:30 and had our water heater fixed by 9:30! Our technician Travis was friendly and thorough and took he time to show us how much we saved by renting. Fast efficient service - we're really pleased.

Al came to our house twice and both times was very efficient. He diagnosed the problem and came another time with the part needed. He was in and out in no time. He wore covers on his shoes and kept everything clean. Thank you Al. The Taylors

The motor needs changing so the reliance technician was ready with a new one after I got two visits with no luck. The service was done fast and efficient, thank you.

II want blame the workers but the management is worest no response from managers or supervisors or any management. The person who came last to 64 Maldives cres , Bramption.explained me in details and I am satisfied

Had my regular maintenance inspection with Josh on Oct 17, 2017 and it was determined we needed a new furnace. Had Jordan Sutherland come out on Oct 18, 2017 to discuss options. New furnace and Air Conditioner were installed on Oct 19, 2017. 3 guys, Jonathan, Scott and Mike installed the equipment in a few hours. Everything was professional, they showed us the finished job and explained how the thermostat and humidifier worked. Great guys, left everything very tidy. Would recommend Reliance to anyone!

Omari Spencer was awesome, managed to get it back up and running in no time. Also good conversations for sure! Thanks for the help and even though it was the second service for different issues, both worked out well.

Booked a sales appointment and very quickly had an extremely knowledgeable salesperson out. Provided me with a quote for a new furnace system as well as some add ons, information was very helpful as well as the various financing options.. would recommend them again.

My furnace was not working. A service man came next day. Needed a new one. Brad (Sales Rep.) came shortly after and explained all my options. He answered all my questions and spent a good deal of time explaining things to me. This was important to me for my comfort level. I enjoyed the time spent with Brad as he was very personable and easy to talk with. The installers came on time a few days later and I hardly knew they were in the house. Jesse and Kyle did a first class job, were very pleasant and considerate as I wasn't feeling well. Everything was left clean and in perfect condition. I feel very confident with the installation and future service I will continue to receive. Have been a customer of Reliance for the past 20 years.
