I’m not sure the exact cost of the job but my landlord sent reliance out to look at our hot water after being out for 4 days. When Mark Chevalier (0245) arrived we knew right away the job was going to get done he was polite through looked over ecerything and found that our tank was unsafe. He called to have a replacement tank sent over immediately because he didn’t have a smaller tank on the truck. When he Was informed that nobody could bring us one he left his tools and went to the storage to go and get us one. We went out and when we came home we had hot water and a new tank. We are so satisfied with Marks service to us we could not have asked for a better more polite hardworking person so before we left we asked if we could get his name to call his boss and he gave us a card to write a review here.

Hot water tank stopped working. Reliance tech (Jason) did everything he could to resolve the issue. He fountd another part was defected and went to the parts shop to get it at 7pm. Everything got resolved very professionally. I'm very happy with the service, well done Jason!!

As I neeed to replace my old furnace, John came to give me a quote. He explained different options in detail and we got a deal after a very easy friendly conversation. He worked very closely with customers. I am looking forward to seeing the installation is done shortly.

Dont be fooled by their great reviews. This company is all good when it comes to selling. But if you have a problem, forget about them responding. We had a furnace and AC installed under full service contract 1.5 years ago. After installation, we received a notice from ESA that installation was incorrect and we will be fined. We had to chase Mario, the installation manager, for weeks before he resolved the issue. During this, the sales rep was nowhere to be found when we tried to reach him. Since then, Reliance's maintenance staff has come 3 times for regular maintenance but they are unable to access the furnace for service because it is incorrectly installed. They make all the right motions, apologize that they cant service the furnace, take pictures, email their supervisor, and promise the issue will be resolved immediately but there is never any resolution. Since last week, I have been calling Reliance every day, and have sent them 3 emails that I am afraid we have a safety hazard because the furnace has not been serviced for 1.5 years although they charge us for it. They tell me that someone will call me and it never happens. I would advise you don't risk the safety of your family by depending on Reliance. Their reputation is driven by their marketing budget.

After Dustin Sydor explained the various options available, we decided on the Carrier 5000 Package. Dustin recommended their best installers for the job. Amir and Randy are an amazing team and very knowledgeable and skilled. It was a huge job and they finished after a long day's work. The Infinity Touch Control, (thermostat), is not cheap but is extremely flexible in what it can do for the tech savvy homeowner. The furnace and A/C unit are much quieter than other units I have see working. I intend to get another outside temperature sensing unit located in a more reliable location. Currently it is located with the A/C unit and gives high readings when the A/C is operating.

i have the reliance plumbing contract and was charged nothing for unplugging my drain. He was here for over 2 hours and I paid nothing. i recommend this company and the plumbing contract. Service was prompt and courteous

Amazing service provided by Randy ID 1042. Well knowledgeable n on time for service call. Provided me his suggestions n booked me a maintenance service while he was still there.

Pump was running non stop. Reason pipes clogged by water dirt from humidifier. Agent 3711 fixed it and corrected several mistake made by the original installer and later by other Reliance technicians. The Part that runs the humidifier was still on test mode and was installed on the wrong duct and was not working properly. It should have been put on the hot duct to sensor the heat properly. Instead it was put on a cold duct. The system is working perfectly now.
