Work was done in timely and professional manner. The service person was on time and called before arriving. He was clean and friendly, I would recommend him for any bodies house.

Jeff, the technician was great. Polite and courteous and provided me with information on the repair. He earned extra points for putting booties over his shoes without even being asked. Hopefully the problem is fixed. Two other technicians have been out for the same repair, but the issue wasn't resolved.

The HVAC Technician (Julian Lisicki) provided excellent service and advice; he was extremely courteous and responded extremely well to all of my questions regarding my present and future needs. I would have no hesitancy in requesting him for any of my future needs.

Had a new furnace installed from Reliance. Evan Carter showed up to my home . He was very professional and very knowledged on furnaces. Gave us great advice on what would best suit my home. Installed the next day! Fantastic techs installed new furnace and were very respectful of my home. Great job!! Looking forward to worry free furnace issues. Thank you again to Evan !

The technician that inspected my furnace was fast and answered the millions of questions I had for him quite happily. He was of great help and I plan to use his services again in the near future.

My furnace was acting up and not connecting with the wifi thermostat. Darren MacDonald came to the rescue. He was very friendly, efficient and fixed the issue. I also had a water softener issue that he took care of. A big thank you to Darren for his work. Reliance, keep this employee at all costs!!! He is a big asset to your company

Tom was great during the whole process. He explained the different models and what the differences were. He really helped us make a decision that was good for us! We can’t wait to have our furnace and air conditioner installed

Issue with boiler, Tim Terpstra came and identified the problem. Boiler is over 25 yrs. old. After discussion with the manufacturer of the boiler it was determined that it could not be repaired and a new boiler was needed. He contacted Mike Morphy HCA, who came to my home the same day and provided me with all options for a new boiler. Both Tim and Mike were very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and very polite gentleman. what I thought was going to be a horrible situation turned out to be just fine. Thank you guys.
