Well we had no hot water. Couldn't wash the dishes or shower. Now I know your thinking eww we called got an appointment. Jeff the Tec came he was polite courteous. Took the time to explain the problem did the needed repairs. Oh he put on these booties over his boots which was really cool so he didn't dirty up the house.

I am wondering how many people pay into the protection plan to find out years later that they could not fix your product. I have been paying for the air conditioning plan with my furnace plan. My air conditioning unit was due for service . When the person came out to service it they said I need to replace a part that and would look for one as my unit was older. The part would be covered in the contract . When the guy came back he said another guy would be showing up to fix it . When the other service tech came out he said they have not made parts for my air conditioning unit in 8 years and would not be able to find . So I asked the company what I was paying for and should they not confirm they can fix what ever unit you have . In my opinion I have paid for years a protection plan which they could not have fixed in the first place . Not happy

Hot water tank wasn't working. The technician replaced the flammable vapour detector and cleaned the flame detector as well. Great service, fast and we now have hot water again. Very happy with the service of this technician.

Dan & Chris arrived, introduced themselves & got to work right away. Laid out carpets to basement location & began dismantling the old furnace & a/c. They were very informative to any questions we had & they worked diligently all day at installing our new combo. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked & explained the new thermostat very well. Definitely an asset to your company. Also had a new hot water tank put in by John S. #1485 who also did excellent work & very efficient.

We are so satisfied with the product. It works well. At the beginning it didn't work and we had to complain about the installation. Next morning, we got a well experienced, courteous technician who fixed it to our satisfaction. All in all this is good.

austin and Braydon did a great job installing my furnace and ac units and finished earlier then expected. job looks good thanks guys. i was really impressed with the good service provided today.

I am renting the property that the air conditioner and furnace were installed in. The weather that day was rainy and windy and both Shane and Victor went above and beyond working in these conditions to get the units installed as quickly as possible. They were very friendly and efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The daunting task of deciding when to replace an old furnace and a/c, and which company to use, was made easy by the staff at Reliance Home Comfort. It actually became a pleasant experience thanks to our advisor, Kelly Gilkinson and our installers, Mike Goosney and Taylor Skinner. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave a great no pressure presentation. She is a real asset to the company. We got more than one quote but we wanted to go with Reliance because Kelly represented the company so well. The install went very smoothly as well. Mike and Taylor were very friendly and efficient. Smart and hard-working guys! We appreciated them answering all our questions and explaining our new equipment after the install. Hang on to this crew! We hope some of our friends or neighbours are in need of new equipment so we can recommend Reliance to them! Very happy with our decision! Thanks Reliance!

I have been disappointed with my choice to rent my A/C and Furnace from Reliance since the day they came to instal. But today's review is not about Reliance, it's about the service individuals who have helped me out recently. While I can't ever recommend Reliance to anyone, I am fully satisfied with both Nathan and Chris who have serviced my equipment this week. Most recently, Chris's visit wrapped up the issue fully. Aside from his expertise and ability to take care of the repair quickly, it Chris's personality, ability to communicate, build rapport and take his time to enjoy basic human interaction...which is so rare these days and definitely not the case if you call any service numbers at Reliance! The contrast is difficult to understand, but I'd have to say, the great service technicians like Nathan and Chris, are just fantastic individuals who take pride in their own work...their performance has nothing to do with the corporate culture at Reliance. Reliance is just lucky to have a few good men out in the field representing their brand.
