Amy Anderer set up for my home the installation of and new furnace and central air conditioning unit. Amy met with me the previous day and went through the options that I had for the new units and also explained buying the units outright or renting them. She also booked a home energy audit. The installation of he new furnace and AC an the audit took place on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Amy has an excellent manner and explained everything in a way that was understandable and she answered all my my questions throughly. She also followed up the following day to make sure that the installation went well. The two gentlemen that did the installation were very professional in their manner . They let me know, at the onset, how the installation would go and the that they would explain the AC, furnace and thermostat when everything was installed, which they did. They also gave me advice , as I had requested it , on one of the rooms in the house that did not have an air duct. The installers also cleaned the area at the end and left in very good condition. I was very impressed with the work done throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Reliance to my family and friends. Thank you.

Furnace and a/c installed. Both gents where very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. When they where finished the ran me through all I needed to know and cleaned up and swept everywhere they had been. These guys are top notch and are an asset to reliance.

Tav Mouiz was very pleasurable and very professional. I would recommend him. He worked quickly and efficiently. He answered all questions me and my wife had. He also told me where to buy the salt at a good price.

Water was too hot, too fast...problem solved in under 20 minutes and this included a thorough review of the situation. A thorough explanation was also appreciated. Friendly, helpful and thourough...can't complain!

Home insurance plan for hot water tank & furnace. Both have been serviced & fixed promptly & without red tape. This annual inspection is free & I met Randy again and he and I get along great. He didn't mind answering my questions & provided me with this review system. I've dealt with Reliance for years & have never had any problems. If you are nice to people & treat them with respect they always respond in kind.

Had lukewarm water.. Reliance came out within 3 hours. Found the problem to be running hot water in a bedroom which I had not checked ( I am deaf and cannot hear it) Technician was understanding, friendly and helpful. Felt silly, no idea how bad my water bill will be, but very happy with Reliance.

I received exceptional service from the plumbing technician from Reliance. He was polite, very willing to go the extra mile and informative with every step he was taking. He also provided other reliance technicians that was needed to complete the job and was able to get them at the house within a few hours. Very pleased with the quality of work. Extremely happy with also getting the protection plan which I highly recommend to others!!!!

We did a comprehensive review of the products available to suit my purposes and i was presented with a high efficiency furnace at a great price. The installation will be completed in just a couple of days. I was very satisfied with the product and the service i was provided.

Very knowledgeable on the equipment in use. Helpful technician resolved my heater issue. Showed me the components that needed repair and explained issue in detail. Very friendly and arrived on schedule

we have built a new home in May and called Reliance to have an air conditioner installed. At this time Reliance was offering a $500.00 rebate if they could not accommodate a next day install. When Reliance showed up on June 5th for the install we were informed that it was too muddy for them even though we offered to lay plywood down so that they wouldn't get their boots dirty. There was another team sent out to complete the install later that week. Reliance did offer to install the "nest thermostat" in lieu of us having to wait almost another week and the unprofessionalism of the first installers. This feature is very nice. We still as of August 28th have not received the rebate of $500.00. We have been in contact with the sales representative, whom told us that we would receive the rebate within a couple of weeks. she then gave us the name of her supervisor who has yet to reach out. We are beginning to think that this offer didn't/ doesn't exist
