Our AC broke down and James was here to diagnose the problem in the hour. The next day we met with Sara to learn about our options. Sara was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave us all the options for ACs and didn't pressure us into making a decision. She was punctual for our appointments and very friendly. She was also very understanding about rescheduling our appointment and flexible to meet us on our schedule. She responded to our calls and emails right away. Her customer service is top notch and she represents Reliance with great professionalism. Thanks Sara! ☺

Luciano and Kyle were amazing. They walked me through the whole process and we're very knowledgeable and efficient during the 2 day installation process. I felt comfortable having them in my home and would highly recommend both of them for future service!

(I was asked to remove his last name from my review...that does not make me happy as everyone should know who you will be dealing with if HE is your salesperson) terrible sales person...terrible service...we have called him and emailed him so many times...kept saying he would get back to us and never did...we had a lot of problems and were made promises and now that all is installed (furnace, AC and tankless water heater)...we can't get him to call us back and promotion promised due to sooo many problems are not happening...once they have your money they are gone...would NEVER recommend him or Reliance...we had a choice and we picked wrong...so much for the motto of We're not comfortable until you are...stay clear!!

Two young men came to do the job at our home. We have never been treated so well by any service company. They did everything they said they would, on time and as promised. Answered all our questions, kept us in the loop through the process and left the work site better than they found it. Many local companies in our area could learn a lot from them. Didn't even mind the bill after the outstanding service provided to us.

My air conditioning broke down in the worst possible time. (Don't they all?) I was impressed with their service from the minute I opened the door. They took their time to explain everything to me, offered me options. The installation team was quick and professional. They also took their time and showed me what they did and explained why. I will continue to use Reliance for my service calls. In a time where service is secondary this company pays attention. GREAT JOBS GUYS!

Chris and his work crew removed the old furnace and AC units and put in new ones all in one day. It also included a humidifier. Clean up was very thorough. All special requirements requested by me were expertly met by Chris and his crew.Chris explained clearly the functions of all the new units. Great work, boys.

The technical expert, Jeff, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated the call received before his arrival, his explanations and the review of the paperwork before he left. Excellent service!

I was upset at first with your contact system spoke with Steve ex 73303 (very good person and looked after me. Next morning two service men came and solved the problem AFTER 3 YEARS OF WATER LEAKING AND MANY CALLS TO YOUR 800 # your service men Nick Mather & Pat Allain solved the problem! Recommendation! hire more people like Steve, Nick, & Pat they were excellent and management should give them a RAISE!

I wanted to know if it was possible to put a washer & dryer in my kitchen, also a toilet repair was done & excellent advice on an upstairs toilet problem I had. The repair man, Matt J. #4657 was extremely kind, helpful & friendly & took the time to explain everything I was asking about to me & solved a problem I have had with the upstairs toilet no one else was able to figure out.

My installer's name was Brendan Doyle. His work was excellent and clean. He explains all the workings of my new air conditioner. Reliance must be pleased to have such a professional installer.
