We had our air conditioner stop working last week and had the pleasure of meeting Tom Hotchkiss to help us with our issue. Tom was excellent and very knowledgable in all areas and in the end it turned out that our breaker panel was the main issue. Tom was able to address the issue in a timely manner and was informative of what he was doing every step of the way. Thank you Tom for excellent customer service.

We had been very satisfied with the installation of our new heating/air system but needed an adjustment to the fan speed. The technician Steve was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to show us what he was doing and give us advice as to how to get best effect from the system. We are very satisfied with the ongoing excellent service.

I am satisfied the way Mr. Hassan the technician has done his work installing the equipments and explaining the features to me. I am also satisfied with Home Confort Advisor Sarat Rotz in selling this rental product to me. They both get the maximum 5 stars!

We had the furnace and on demand water installed last year and were very happy from start to finish. Very personable sales person, Dave Lambert, the installation guys were great also. We now decided to install air conditioning, sales person Chris Margaritis was very helpful and had the installation set up very quickly. Installation went extremely well! No complaints about this company, very efficient and there if needed, 24/7.

We noticed our A/C wasn't working very well and called Reliance as we recognized them as a reputable company. 'Nicole' was great. Personable and able to get us an appointment the next day during a muggy August heat wave. 'Tom' arrived the next morning within the time period we were given by Nicole and he went to work. He was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and personable. What a pleasant experience!! Tom reviewed everything with us in a clear understanding way. He gave us preventative maintenance tips and explained a few service options that were available through Reliance that were relevant to our needs. Tom also checked our water to make sure it was okay! Thank you Reliance for sending out such a great guy who gave us an excellent service experience.

Colin came out as I had no hot water.... He ran a bunch of diagnostic tests and fixed the problem and identified another problem I didn't even know I had. He was quick, knowledgable, and courteous. Thanks again Colin

Found the technician (Rodney) very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the answers to our questions + he even showed me how he diagnosed that the a/c compressor was also defective (was here this morning to replaced a leaking A-coil)

Great service and super friendly. Was early and very efficient which was a bonus! Thanks reliance! He replaced all my outside taps with new ones and even fixed the water shut off valves!

Stephen Free came out twice to troubleshoot our concern. He diagnosed the problem effectively leaving us with a solution. As promised he returned the next day and corrected the problem immediately.
